We work with patients and data, meaning we do daily capturing on redcap and report

Data is our life at anova we thrive to bring excellence in our daily tasks, make sure there's no backlog of files, patients appointments are kept, and if a patient misses an appointment we trace them and link them back to care

Excellent working experience

A very busy day, now focusing on the APACE program, positive working environment and pleasant co-workers, learnt multitasking and enjoy the various demands for generic HR advice from line managers, challenged by conflicting demands from line managers but enjoy them as they keep me on my toes

Pros: huge NGO where there is opportunity to practice my HR specialities

Great place to work in

Challenging but worth it .Great support structure from our line manage managers.Salary is not that great though.and sometimes the hostility we receive from the faulting we work in is just horrible

Expanded knowledge and expertise

Fast past target driven environment. Team work essential to achieve results. Poor support from facilities we support but always doing the outmost to achieve targets and provide quality patient care.

Excellent learning curve

My experience at Anova gave me exposure to new content knowledge in the broad area of HIV and AIDS programmes as well as technical skills through shared experiences with a multidisciplinary team of colleagues.

Good learning curve

It's very challenging but very interesting. We work as a team which is very important. We have a good relationship with each other . Communication is key.
