I did my job well
I was answering calls most of the day.i was having good relationship with my co-workers.during the week i was suppose to send parcels and do invoices.i was working under pressure some few days because we need to reach our target.i was writing minutes. Do stock taking.i learn to be patient with other workers.i need to listen and understand what are they saying.to be professional and to be confidential person.

Excellent learning opportunity
Excellent company to work for. Although it's a Not for profit organization, it is very goal driven, result oriented and high performance organization. The company focuses on impacting and improving the health of people infected by HIV and TB.

Good company and learning much experience
I wasI waas having a good relationships with my co worker. I was enjoying my work with all of my heart. I learned so much from the company as a linkage officer and how to deal with the patients. The most challenging was when I have to talk to someone who don't ready for the treatment but at the end I must give her or him the important of taking it

Great opportunity to strengthen the health systems between health facilities and communities
Working in CoJ Region D is very challenging as fulfilling at the same time. Having to work with diverse community of Soweto with different psychosocial background and diversity.i work with community health workers and community based organizations to strengthen linkage to care

Excellent communication and consulting skills including ? Capturing • . Capture patient’s information into all database platforms, e.g. TIER. ? From DHIS,Tier.net and TB modules /ETR and capturing them. ? Assist facility data capturers in populating run-charts for DIP elements ? Update tracing outcomes from CHWs and CLOs on the defaulter tracing tool ? weekly data from facilities by all Anova team members in the sub district o Taking Minutes for the NDOH, PEPFAR and capturing data

Need a focused candidate,dealing with clients confidentiality.
It's the best working at this company, we are working office based,learning slot from the facilities and dealing with people but there are no opportunities to grow us as employees we staying in our place though doing alot of department jobs learning alot there is no growth at all.

Excellent working experience
A very busy day, now focusing on the APACE program, positive working environment and pleasant co-workers, learnt multitasking and enjoy the various demands for generic HR advice from line managers, challenged by conflicting demands from line managers but enjoy them as they keep me on my toes

Got good ideas from different people
.n I was enjoying to work overtime because my work was alwaysvupto data.I Go work with people which is called team work I s great.to work in the facility there is to much pressure and I learn more at the same time
