Excellent learning

I made a good relationship with my co-workers,my team lead is an approachable person who is willing to help us succeed in our work.I gained experience of working through all stages of a development project.Challenges i met was being given the short period to complete a long and challenging project,that has taught me ability to work under pressure.

Pros: good company to start with,employees are able to transfer knowledge to others

Customer service agent

My daily work life involves firstly taking inbound cals. Having working for customer service, the main aim is to provide service , account queries and then resolving those queries. I have learnt to be patience, understanding, and tolerance as have to deal with sometimes difficult customers.

Excellent learning services

I am currently working in Admin department working with GO queries.I also do Bureau updates of customers who have settled they accounts. I have gain lot of Experience in the company such as working in as a team and individual The most challenges we have is when other on they que have backlog I make sure I assist so we can meet turnaround time.

Pros: Protected for my superior when she on leave
Cons: Meeting deadline e.g. bringing our Que up to date
