I have learnt to be innovative and creativity due to work or met New suppliers and different kind of people daily,and due to volume that sometimes comes unexpectedly I have learnt to work extra miles with confidence. The most challenges is when the system was down due to technical problems and some documents must be manual .

Great customer service experience
It is great place to work with. So many things that I learn especially when it comes to customer service. There no growth opportunities. They offer better company benefits such as medical aid. The company has clear policy that guides employees. The co workers are easy to work with. The customers are very difficult but they teach us how to deal with different queries.
Pros: not too good when when its comes to growth

Cons: WORKING HOURS IS 8 HOURS A DAY BUT I AM ALWAYS WILLING TO WORK EXTRA HOURS IF I AM NEEDED

Professional and great learning environment
my duty is to study design electrical layout for new and existing Woolworth's stores, to study the store energy profiles and give ideas of ways to reduce energy consumption in stores. I am working with a great team of engineers and we have a good relationship. I have learnt a lot in terms of importance of energy efficiency and great designs for retail store. I enjoy designing electrical layout for existing stores to upgrade the lighting layout so that the store can be more energy efficient,.

I have learnt so much in my current position and i have grew so much
I am currently a financial services consultant i sell and promote products to the customers but most i educate them about our instore and credit cards, i must say it is challeging but i enjoy every minutes of it, my team we like a family we inspire each other all the way our strength and weakness we try our very best to get through it together and my work enviroment is the best but now i feel like i have got more to offer and i need to get out more, i feel like i am in a cage i need to axplore.
Pros: I listen to what the customer need and educate about the benefits of our having our products
Cons: I work retail hours and in a mall that is open 24/7

Excellent learning curve
It's just a normal working day at the distribution centre where we come and do our work and leave.I have a great working relationship with my co-workers because they make coming to work more enjoyable and fun.It's an environment with a very diverse culture and it taught me to acclimatize myself with it and respect all the different cultures you find in an organisation.The part I enjoy the most is the facilitation process,my learners make it a very enjoyable environment and we respect each other regardless of the age difference.Challenges I face at the job is the resources allocated to me to use in the learning centre because they not sufficient enough to reach maximum progress

Office administator
Team work is our first priority. Hand overs are done on daily basis. I've learnt to work with more than 100 employees with different atttibutes. Challenge is to assist each and every employee's request. Yet I have to do my general office work. I enjoy when I count the money from the safe and it balances..... staying focused at all times works for me.

I HAVE LEARNED HOW TO HANDLE DIFFICULT CUSTOMERS
As you will see from the attached resume, I’ve built my career in a variety of roles and industries while studying, in an attempt to take advantage of every learning opportunity afforded to me, this in turn allowed for me to gain experience in a variety of skills and competencies that influence my ability to adapt quickly and comfortably in any role given to me. Excellent
I have learn many different department,how to appreciate customer,how to help them,how to great them.how to handle transaction,how to controll creditors and debtors,how to manage the floor operation.Ensuring the daily cash up is done on daily basis Counting and recording money received or paid out and balancing The most enjoyable moment is woolworths can growth staff in any different department within a year.The benefit of woolworth is very interesting. The most challenging aspect is my salary, im not happy with my salary. I have good time with my co-workers,we solve problem together until the problem solved. The management are also helpful to every one .

Excellent learning curve
I'm Neo 24 of age live in. Vosloorus nd worked at woolies at supervisor, I left there because I was not getting paid enough for the position.so I believe that if I can get this job I will do my best and try and pave my career to be better than before. I will also make sure that the company makes money and Do my job well and be as professional as I can.
