Learning curve but very challenging
My dedicated but our management does not appreciate their staff, there is no growth in our company. management does like to listen to our views. there is no team work amongst staff. but I'm grateful for the working experienced that I've got, I learned a lot, I think I can run the warehouse by myself.

I would like to grow in the corporate life
I am fairly new in corporate life but I am extremely hard working and I get along with my co workers very well. I have a bubbly personality and I am not afraid for a challenge. I handle switchboard, reception work and also I do national reports for the weekly and annual hires for Simba.

Excelent on team working
I like working as a team, I always lead by example & a very good with co-workers. I always enjoy learning from my co-workers, challenges is always there but trough communication everything is possible as communication make things easier for everyone. as a team player I'm always ready for any challenge that come my way.

Review Summry
Working for Value Logistics has been very tracky and again very challanging. Value Group is one of the biggest Company In South Africa. It has about 22 units. In Johannesburg only, we have more that 25 sites/ in houses that we providing services. The inhouse is a division that I am currently working for. I am base at Interbrand, a division of brandcorp. My role is more on controlling, I am incharge for the inhouse administrative, is one of the challeging job, but very nice work, as I am dealing with all clients around South Africa and overbordar. I am a hardworker, also enjoying work with people, I am part of, as well as leading a successfull and productive team.

VALUE LOGISTICS AS A WAREHOUSE
THE THING THAT I REALLY LIKE AND ENJOY IN THIS COMPANY IS, TO OFF LOAD THE STOCK, AND EACH AN EVERY WORKER HAVE TO PARTICIPATE TO THIS, NO ONE BUNK THE JOB. OUR RELATIONSHIP ARE VERY NICE BECAUSE WE ALWAYS SUPPORT AND RESPECT EACH OTHER. SO I LEARNT MANY THINGS TO MY WORK MATES AND TO THIS COMPANY, SUCH AS WORKING AS A TEAM, HARD WORKING, PUNCTUALITY, AND TO BE MY MOTIVATOR. BUT WHEN IT COMES TO LOAD STOCK TO TRUCKS, THIS IS VERY CHALLENGING, BECAUSE IT NEED MORE ENERGY.

Good experience
I enjoy working for Value. I have learned a lot within the Company.The reason I need to leave is there is no longer opportunities for growth in the department I am working for. I need challenges in future I also need growth. I have learned how to work in extreme pressure. I can also work without supervision
