All in a Days work

My typical day starts by compiling reports for Senior Managers on the previous day KPI's (Key performance indicators). After that follows my favorite part of the Day, Planning for 2 HUBS Cape Town (Most challenging) and Durban. My relationship with my co-workers is very easy going. Each and everyone of us respect each others work space. There's a time for everything, each one of them know when it's time for me to plan then I don't want to be interrupted. What I enjoy most about my job is planning the most feasible and doable planning and seeing the good results afterwards. The most challenging is executing the best planning.

Exellent oppertunity for something new. and growth

My typical day starts at 06:00 in the morning with a handover from other teamleader. I then start to compile a excel sheet of vehicle still outbound. and attend to any particular problems such has breakdowns, Alarms or driver queries. I have a very good relationship with all of my employees under me. I got my team working in a good dynamic. I have completed my Generic Management NQF 5 and i have learned so much with that course, From conflict management to how to manage people the right way. The most challenging aspect of the job is the 12 hour shifts i currently work.

Excellent in communication

I have excellent time management skills and also a prompt and an attentive leaner. I have practical and theoretical knowledge to perform tasks at hand. I am a versatile individual that is accustomed to change and never shies away from challenges.

Team player

I Dumisani Herdman Majola who is a team player, I always help my colleges if necessary, I always finish my work on time , and I always willing to learn new things, I am a POD clerk (proof of delivery clerk) Capture pod's for the day and scan it to the system release it to be viewed on internate lby the suppliers. The challenging part on my work i,s where by we received the pod';s with the discrepancies from debriefing department.

Handling queries and lease with debtors. able to work well with no supervision.

This is a 8-5 job, friendly environment. Communication is free amongst the department. Growth is not so much because departments cannot release their staff easy. My job is enjoyable because I have experience and qualified for. I had received good training as well.

Pros: Work freely and able to share your opinion with your superior.
Cons: Nothing impresing because we not getting any even year end or financial year end not even you perform to your level best.

Handling queries and lease well will debtors, handling invoicing functions

8-9 job and with faxable hours. I enjoyed working with no supervision and gained experience and skills. I have receive well training and work well with my colleagues.

Pros: No room for promotion because depatment leaders dont want to relise their staff for other departments
Cons: Work long hours during month end to finalise deadlines
