Management skills

I am doing my Fourth year Bed degree in FET Phase and I am an energetic, dynamic, and self-motivated individual. My good interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure and attention to detail, all make me a great candidate this position. I take ownership of task very quickly; I am a creative problem solver and an adept problem solver. I have worked at the University of Pretoria administration at the access control and dispatch from January 8th until February 25th printing student cards. This has provided me with knowledge that I would bring to this position. Please take a moment to view my attached resume I believe I have the qualifications you need and I look forward to hearing from you soon Sincerely Sandile B Mabuza

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: Routine work

A great stepping stone

Here at the University of Pretoria library everyone works as a team, jumping above and beyond our responsibilities to ensure success in various projects. I’ve learned valuable skills and lessons in my time here. And met people that will always be important to me. I’ve developed self confidence in my time management, organization skills, communication and interpersonal skills. I get to work with different personalities, assisting to ease their anxiety and I am kept on my feet by assisting my current coordinator with extra work she can’t get to. A positive experience that I’m glad to have had an opportunity to have. But it is time for growth and further development.

Pros: Skill development, interactive, initiative and creative encouragement
Cons: No professional growth, low salary

Excellent learning curve

Great place for learning, good relationship with staff. However, there's no room for promotions. They'd rather hire an external person and train them than an intern who's been doing the same job.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning, understanding boss.
Cons: No promotions
