Job Knowledge: Meet requirements
Interaction with various personalities, from ground-staff, support staff, academics and researchers. Interaction with internal & external clients, from telephone calls to emails. Problem solving, interpersonal skills. Relationship with co-workers good, sometimes cordial, and heated. Learnt how to avoid and resolve conflict. Enjoy interacting with both internal & external clients. The most unpopular department in any organisation, but you have to educate clients on the policies & procedures.

Established and professional company
It a a very established and flexible company. It prides in providing good services to their clients and care much about its employees. We are very united and aable to able as a team. The culture is very welcoming. Workes have good interpersonal and communication skills. Being in this company taught me to contribute a soft yet dynamic personality that is easily adaptable. Apart from honours degree also to bring hunger and drive to succees. In every single day we learn something new to challenge our capabilities, determinations and strengths

Excellent and experienced
Lecturing,I am also one of btech project supervisors .I have other research projects that I am conducting. I have publications and conference presentations that I have done. I work well with my co- workers and also very well with students. I help market the department to increase the employability of our students by working with industrial partners. I have learnt to work with professional organisation bodies and to participate in those organisations. I enjoy diversity of my work and the different types of people that I liaise with through my job because I love networking.

A great space to learn
Having to serve the University of Johannesburg was life changing for I learnt both academic support for the students and I was also the supporting staff and I ensured that every thing ran smoothly in the Faculty of Law. I love working with people so helping students was my greatest pleasure for I am service driven.
Pros: There are good functions in the Faculty.
Cons: There is no growth.

Acquired practical knowledge and skills
Working as a student assistant at the University of Johannesburg has offered me administration skills and the ability to handle and complete tasks delegated to me by lecturers. Being a tutor also at the University of Johannesburg has offered me great exposure to a diverse group of students which has boasted my confidence tremendously. I prepared and conducted tutorial sessions where I gained presentation and communication skills. I also have learnt skills such as problem identification, critically analyzing and problem solving.
