Great for learning and retiring but not so much for growth
It is a good stable company more driven by political agenda. low employee moral and motivation. Great for starting a career but doesn't allow or facilitate growth. Top heavy organization.
Pros: Autonomy and the clean canvass to paint in terms of lateral thinking

Pros: I HAVE LEARNT A LOT AND I AM NOW ABLE TO WORK WITH DIFFERENT KINDS OF TOOLS,IDENTIFY SKETCHES AND CAN DO WORK WITH THE REQUIRED SPEED.
Cons: I HAVE GROWN WITH SPEED AND ABLE TO REACH MY DAILY TARGETS AT THE NORMAL WORKING HOURS.

Excellent skills
As a trainee at Transnet engineering, I've learnt a lot about Locomotives. I was doing maintenance on electrical locomotives, repairs, upgrade and improving the electronics on locomotives. I had a good relationship with technical workers and artisans, as they were teaching me the job. I enjoyed working on trains, more especially the Electric locomotives as I did electrical engineering. It was interesting and motivating to work at Transnet. I gained an experience and relevant skills.

Excellent Planning and Technical Skills
I had an excellent professional relationship with my co workers, which gelled quite nicely with the company environment. People assisted one another. We worked as a team to solve problems and learned new skills to reach our team objectives. I enjoyed most of the times when we were solving technical problems and end up finding up the solution and the most challenging aspects was when the team was not reaching the planned target for the day

My strengths lies in improving Plant Availabilitie
I am ambitious individual candidate who believe that hard work is the only road to success. i tuckel every challenge as it is a brand new, i believe every problem has a solution that if i dont know how to solve it but i can definately learn how it can be done, im a quick learner and i enjoy working as a group

Cons: My strengths lies in improving Plant Availabilities, Equipment Reliabilities, Strategy development and Implementation, Production Performance & Profit Improvement Projects, Project Management and Building teams. Key competence include analyzing Plant and Machine performance (e.g. Machine Efficiencies, Downtime, Breakdowns, Capacity constraints, process capability, quality output etc.) in order to identify opportunities for improvement and / or Plant optimization.
