great career boost and learning curve

Great work place, working conditions are good but there is room for improvement Salaries are always delayed without prior communications so employees can plan ahead, as well as payslips come later after salary has been paid, you get surprised when you see your bank notification

I gained lot of expierence

I started working for The creative counsel as receiving clerk,i like working for this company as is the most challenging environments where you have to be creative in any part of your duties,my co-workers are very friendly,i like the vibe and i learned a lot.

Great attention to detail & can learn easily

A typical day work consists of establishing the most important and closest deadlines that myself and the team need to complete. This is followed by the answering of emails and attending one or two departmental meetings to catch up on what is expected from the team this week. What I enjoy most is watching the work I do and that the team does, help the company run smoothly.

Pros: The affiliation and experience with the company creates a wonderful opportunity for my career.
Cons: The retention within the company is weak, and the opportunity for a salary increase is slim.

Building the brand

  What I have learned from business is to make sure that sales and min growth of 15% over the previous year. And putting plans together to reach your targets monthly weekly and annually.

Plenty to learn about companies and product knowledge.

Plenty of product knowledge and the companies and how they began. How they have grown and that there is a variety of products on the market for all types of needs and wants for all individuals. A love for working with people from all backgrounds.

Pros: Fantastic opportunity for advertising a great brand.
Cons: Need a thick skin not everyone is interested in what your promoting.

Interested in learning

I’m a very passionate person who likes to work in a group of people and share ideas as a team and learn more as a person and also very good iin relationship with co workers

Opportunity to Grow

No supervision, helps to relax and strategies. The relationship with workers is build up and by management and culture. I've learned to mind my business and persue my goals, I enjoyed traveling and working with different people from the field and the challenging aspect is there will never be a a black regional manager.

Excellent learning curve

The Creative Counsel is a well organized establishment. Good HR structure and I have really enjoyed working for the company. My job entails selling telecommunications solutions to companies and individuals. I have msged to do well and have enjoyed working wi for the company as it hass brought people from different cultures and place together, It’s really fascinating and exciting at the same time. I have learnt to be patient and understanding and best of all I enjoy to be out meeting and networking with different people everyday

Interesting and fun experience.

I have grown more on how to approach clients and do a needs analysis and also offer the products in a confident manner. The relationship with other employees in the store I am placed in is remarkable although at times we get our ups and downs and able to work out our differences. - I have learnt to be persistent but not too pushy when selling a product. - I now know what is required of me as a brand ambassador. - I able to perform brand ambassador duties confidently and accurately.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion.
Cons: One day off given in a week
