What i have learned

Having a n honours degree in psychology and specializing in HIV/AIDS behaviour is a bonus with regards to the amount of information i have about corporate culture and how people/eempemployees shoould/can work with other. but when one has to actively work with people and , be part of recruiting, ,tr, training and the overall helping of lives is exhilarating. having the the experience from Atral group, CCI nad now at TCC, i am actually using the knowledge that i studied for and still egt to help people.

Pros: the ability to use my psychology degree and knowledge while i work with new people everyday
Cons: warehouse not receiving product on time for our campaigns

Self motivated

I'm a young creative invotative individual, working long hours are some of the challenges I welcome timeously to produce good quality work. Working for this company will be an honour.

Excellent learning curve

Its great company to work for as one of the biggest Marketing company in Africa ,I really enjoyed my time and Its was good experience for me, I've been up skilled in so many aspects of marketing and sales,it gave me a broader perspective of the business,collaboration of marketing strategies and planning, I was grateful to acquire so much knowledge without obtaining a qualification for the knowledge I have, its honor to be equipped with such skills and understanding as sales Representative/consultant.

Excellent

I'm a hard working person who listen to other colleagues and assist those who struggle to do their job and I enjoy to work under pressure, I have work for this company for very long time due to management they don't promote staff but to discriminate so I tend to look for other opportunity's if they are available so I can changed

Excellent learning curve

The Creative Counsel is a well organized establishment. Good HR structure and I have really enjoyed working for the company. My job entails selling telecommunications solutions to companies and individuals. I have msged to do well and have enjoyed working wi for the company as it hass brought people from different cultures and place together, It’s really fascinating and exciting at the same time. I have learnt to be patient and understanding and best of all I enjoy to be out meeting and networking with different people everyday

Challenging for those resistant to change.

Good day. I believe I am perfectly suited for this position due to the following: - My last role was serving as a Regional Supervisor for a BATSA (British American Tobacco SA) campaign called "Right Price". Where I was co-managing an in-field sales team of (26). - I have also been a Senior Sales Exec. with Zimbali Coastal Resort, in a high pressure, ultra-premium product segment. - And lastly a Project Co-ordinator with The Creative Counsel. These (3) roles have built and sharpened many skills for me, i.e. interpersonal and people management skills. Recruitment, skills training and placement. Admin, presentation and negotiation.
