The harder and more effort and going the extra mile will open great prospects and reaching goals. I enjoy working with colleagues, becoming a family and being part of a team working towards a great achievements. The most challenging aspects are the uncontrollable effects of nature.

Business & Marketing orientated

Day to day visitation of channel specific stores all around Gauteng, servicing outlets that are Vodacom orientated. Making sure brand visibility and awareness is there, instore and formal training given to staff on products and services. Relationship building with higher management and ground staff, merchandising of products visible, stock availability full to capacity making sure it is sales driven.

Pros: Weekend promotions to make sure clients are aware of the brand

Taught me valuable skills in customer service and communication

My typical day varies depending on the type of campaign. There are activations where you work alone or in a group according to the client brief specifications. Whatever the case is we always have to introduce ourselves to the person in charge of the venue whether a store, a mall etc. That person also fills our timesheet if we do not do an online report. Our duties involve approaching consumers and educating them on a particular brand or service or assisting patrons in an event depending on the activation and according to the training. We are also expected to drive sales and follow specific mechanics where necessary. Working hours are normally short, it could be from 2 to 5. Promotions have helped me improve my interpersonall and customer service skills. I enjoy interacting with people of all levels and helping them enjoy certain benefits or make informed decisions. The challenge is one need to be willing to learn and be flexible since we are constantly getting training on various products.

Perfect company to learn and get exposed to the marketing world

The Creative Counsel took me in fresh out of high school as a brand ambassador began with simple brands as they were exposing me to the marketing world after a month I was put on a digital campaign that's known as showmax and also had the privilege to travel to Durban and Cape Town to drive awareness and encourage sign ups which went exceptionally well. In August the following year I was called to work in the office for three months as an administrator for a campaign which involved calling brand ambassadors and capturing information. Now I'm not only a good brand ambassador but I also have entry level capturing skills.

Great learning experience.

ompany helps to achieve its goals and objectives. Assists in improvig productivity, customer relations and service, and surpassing regional goals. Company focus is managing operational activity within your region against the respective client SLA ensuring targets to be met and or exceeded in all aspects. TCC is great at translating client operational requirements into execution strategies across the account to achieve short and long term objectives. TCC attempts to maintain visible productive relationships with all clients and stakeholders (internal, external and 3rd party) whilst monitoring and measuring team members on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Excellent learning curve

My shift as Brand Ambassador depending on a campaign we work 4-5 hours informing the customers about the product we promoting the customers receive giveaways , coupons or discounts depending on the campaign. We get to persuade people to purchase the product promoted by informing them about the advantages of purchasing it by this we actually driving sales. Depending on the popularity of the brand people are convinced to purchase it and discounts , giveaways or coupons encourage customers to purchase the product. I enjoy enteracting with different people so this job makes me enjoy what I love to do most

Learning curve

I am currently a Field Market Executive responsible for the development and prosperity of the Field Services in the Midlands Area of Kwa- Zulu Natal. I serve a pivotal role within the KZN area. I am analytical and observant. I can manage special projects from start to finish. I have the ability to work on my own or in a team environment. I have good business acumen skills coupled with thorough understanding of the FMCG industry. Training and development. I am customer centric and focused. I can implement and maintain a proper accrual of information to ensure that a proper record can be formed for later reporting of stats. I have excellent people skills coupled with strong performance driven ability. I well versed in both Human Resources and Industrial relation with the FMCG environment. I can assist in auditing and formulating a proper control of work functions. I have good planning and organisational skills.

I've built work experience and now looking to further myself I'm my career. Need exposure in the Accounting field, looking for opportunities to show my expertise. I'd be a asset to the firm , for I am hungry to prove myself and gain more experience in this field

Pro

I was promoting Vodacom Products to make sure that what customers buying and what are the benefits. Pushing more on their specials and products . Inviting them to come again and registere them on our promotion and teach them make sure they underatand so that they can be able to assist each other without ambassadors. Collecting stats from my Promoter and plann for the next day.

Pros: We target Malls like Khayelitsha and Kraaifontein malls to do promotions.
Cons: Working from 8 Am till 5Pm
