Good

My current duties is to Ensure the planning of human resource for current and future services for the South African Police Service: Developing and implementing Departmental HR Plan, Develop HR strategies and best practices in line with the DPSA directives, Legislative prescripts, Acts and collective agreements. I have completed my B-Tech Degree in Labour Relations Management. I am an innovative person who is objective, willing to explore my ability and I believe that I can make an effective, valuable contribution to the functioning of the organization. I am ready to accept responsibility, have potential to work in a team and have developed research skills. I am a fast learner that adapts quickly to change and I would value the opportunity to contribute to the functioning of the organization

Good company

Good companyAdministration functions ? Assist in compiling the Budget concept for the Component. ? Seat on interview panels as secretary and complete all the required admin duties. ? Capture and approve Performance Appraisal and Job Description on Persal system. ? Capture and approve leave on Persal system. ? Goods receipting and matching up of documents for payment of goods and services. ? Complete and process itinerary, requisition forms and advanced for substance travelling allowance ? Administer telephone account for the sub component. ? Create request on Polfin to schedule payments. ? Certify vehicle petrol slips on Polfin. ? Maintain brought forward sysponent.

Learning to pay attention to detail

Monitoring email alerts and notifying relevant stakeholders. Compiling reports.I work well all employees and understand different cultural background and am not judgemental I learn to be patient, cautious paying attention to detail and not to succumb to pressure Compiling reports and distributing them, filing, recording of information The ever changing instructions on handling sensitive information and its distribution.

Still studying a Btech degree in Public Management

Maintaining good realtions wih colleagues and clients by delivering an excellent service. Having a portfolio of diverse skills and knowledge. A solid educational and training foundation. An extensive experience of more than 16 years in the administration industry. Provide a very high level of client service based on oustandin communication, precision work & interpersonal skills.

Good basic management skills

Basic management learning program Learned crime statistics interpretation Analysis of crime information Presentation and report writing skills Briefing of station management Verification of registered crimes on CAS Interpretation of crime scenarios from personnel at police stations so that they register crimes according the correct code Visiting of police stations to conduct data integrity check on the dockets and crime administration registers utilized at client service centre

SAPS is discipline it learn that discipline is not punitive mature take corrective measures

The company learned me a lot and its a good environment to exposing yourself into the Human resource management environment.it helps with job rotation as your can multi task.Being there to assist members with leave ,termination resignations as well as incapacity leave .SAPS is a very discipline it learn you that discipline is not punitive mature but to take corrective measures

Learning and gaining experience

Under payment and not considering qualifications , promotion takes a long time ,working long hours,meet ddiffent people, learn new things,meet challenges daily

Good Experience

it was difficult at first but i managed worked with a lot people from variety of tribes and race and good environment, what enjoyed most i was part a good team that imparted their skills to me for me to grow the challenge in error handling was a problem with raw php language.

Excellent communication skills

It is a very good company to work for, provided you are disciplined and motivated to work . The challenging thing is working with minimum resources e.g sharing a vehicle with 2 other investigators , 2 computers for 30 investigating officers .I enjoy making arrests and getting convictions.im a very friendly person my relationship with my co- workers it's very good we get along just fine.a typical day having to charge 5 suspects , visiting time scenes ,arranging fingerprints ,giving feedback to complainants and administration for that day.
