Constant engagement
The company I currently work for is very forward thinking, constantly seeking out ways to improve productivity via digital awareness, staying on board with the latest trends and encouraging employee participation. We have a highly interactive team which participates fully in strategic planning and also nurtures relationships outside the formal work environment. I have learnt a lot about digital media, the fast paced news environment of the internet and surviving turbulent market conditions. I most enjoy interaction, innovation and learning opportunities offered by the company. The challenging aspects of my job is currently staying relevant as a company in a very fluid market environment.
Pros: A fun environment to work in
Cons: Long working hours

Was a great experience
my work required to work under a lot of pressure as we had to keep to dead lines I had a good relationship with my co workers they also worked towards deadlines so it made it feel you were working with family I learnt to just keep your yourself focused for the amount of work that was waiting to be done and not to panic to keep calm I enjoyed the security of the work to come into the office and make a cup of coffee and listen to the humour in the office the most challenging thing of the job was to deal with the reps and the editorial people and the clients
Pros: I was inmature when I started working at the company the working experience made me more responsible
Cons: I use to work long hours and night shift the rewrd wasn't that much

Good learning opportunities
Handle all aspects of HR matters from recruitment and selection to IR issues up to CCMA level. Manage all Leave processes and admin related queries. Good culture, however very little room for growth as most growth opportunities are forfeited when they become available.
Pros: Great opportunity for learning, less opportunity for growth
Cons: Less opportunity for growth

Yes was an excellent learning curve ,it was the first time I ever worked in the media environment
We had to work for 8 hours per day. Call all clients with outstanding amount Do recons. Pulling of ageing It was a group of people who worked independently. I have learnt to working on the system called sap, doing clearing and updating bank statement ,experience of doing auditing on returns not captured and not credited What I enjoyed the most is when I manage to resolve a query and make sure that an arrangement is honoured When I had to inform the client of lost returns and collect on them. Having to stop account coz the client refuse to cooperate.
Pros: No opportunity for growth
Cons: Worked long hours without taking a break bcoz of the lot a work allocated to 1person

Fun company (just not my department)
I work in the "Accounts Receivable" department of the company, and it has a different set of principles and values. It is less fun and not as challenging. Relationship with colleagues is tainted, because of the rules made by management.
Pros: Company culture is fun and exciting
Cons: Too many strict rules
