Great space to work in
The project I am working on is more of a feasibility study for an automation project for Assets and Liabilities Matching reporting. My duties include: Modelling the As-is processes on how to compile ALM reporting Understanding how the business treats the reporting Define high-level Business requirements Define high level Scope of the project Identify and Elicit business Requirements Design high level proposed solution on how the whole delivery should look like should the business decide to go for the project. Analyse and review SQL code used to map Products to Tax funds Analyse and understand the process of Allocation of funds on to different building blocks

Great stepping stone

Want to take on something more challenging.
Always early at work. Try to be the last person to knock off. I'm quite investive, what ever I put my mind to is what I will make sure by all means that it happens. I work well with clients, even better with co-workers. I'm a team player. Not very selfish when I don't need to but I put others needs before mine . I enjoy socials, especially with co workers and competitors.

Good communication skills
My typical day I spend it most of the time meeting up with clients and going to the office only to do paper work. I have a good relationship with my colleagues as they help me whenever I I get stuck and can rely on them. What I enjoy the most about my work is that I am able to meet new people everyday and get to have good communication skills.

Liberty is an authorized financial sector company it it a good company to be at u learn new things everyday where by the knowledge skill increases each and every day.the reason why I want to leave is because I want to explore to new challenges and he in a position of permanent.

I am a Quality Assessor in the IT Service Desk. I worked as IT technician and incident and problem co-ordinator. I was also a second in charge at the service desk. My daily task current are the quality of calls and incidents at the service desk. I do coaching work to the technicians of the service desk and take escalations calls. We are process driven and customer focused. We are a very close team and enjoy working with each other.

Career review
You work at yourown pace, calls. appointments and admjn. The colleagues is great but still competitive and I realised ghat people know the inportance of insurance but it is a total grudge prchase
