The ability to provide customer service

Its all about the pace, customer service and sales.You to keep up with pressure sometimes stock that customers need we dont keep and you have few days to get the stock and there are also couries thath they their time.The key never over promise the customer.Dedication is an element of success at my work and yet allow to breath.

Excellent

Good company to work for. Long hours but nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. It a good company to work for learnt a lot and had great support from everyone management and colleagues.

Impact that I had was always to do my best and to go that extra mile

My skills were always just to do my job and focus on the main I don’t know something I will always make sure that I will ask and do it the right way. Pros: To work at Incredible Connection is great as we are like a family and always work as a team. We will always help each and everyone instore where help is needed. We have a fantastic work ethic and that is why i regard myself as the perfect person
Cons: The long working ours in our store was only when we are busy doing stocktake and then work overtime

I enjoyed the fact that we get to meet a lot of people and convince them on buying the product

I'm the morning it would be a team meeting sharing our targets and plan for the day then everyone would move to the departments then the day of sales would start

A neccessary dynamically changing work environment experience

Incredible connection is a huge company with its many diverse and complex work challenges that require a clear head and focused mind to navigate through with ease n effectiveness in the field of an ever busy, ever vibrant sales environment. Requiring an individual to always push the bar to achieve great profits.

I learnt alot

I've learnt alot at my current workplace but I feel I've reach my leak at this place as there no more space for personal improvement. I would like to explore other careers so I can be well rounded employee

Pros: Learning about technology on a daily basis
Cons: Long hours. Weekends at work. No chance for promotion.

Hard worker i would like a growth within your organisation, fast learner good customer seevicer, i have a good relationship with my co workers i like to learn new skills.promotion will be highly appreciated, i dont mind working long hours.

Salary review

We currently moved to sap which I am presently learning and got certificate for sap. My duties is to receive,.dispatch, admin , planing of staff attendance, weekly feed back to head office, communicate with supplier regarding faulty units in the store and provide good customer service.

Pros: No opportunity
Cons: Pressure
