IT technical advice and assistance to customers Daily stock take Team player Wonderful environment to learn about the latest technology Dealing with customers daily can be a challenge especially customers with bad attitudes Patience is a must have but overall it is a wonderful experience

Best learning experience
Making sure the store is clean and stock displayed properly.The staff are very good we treat each other with respect we are like brothers and sisters.Treat everyone the way you want you to be treated you will enjoy working there. Different products meet different people from all over the world with different problems that’s needs different solutions.Talking to high profile people learning from them. Trying your best to give excellent service

Excellent Learning curve in customer service and technology
Meet different customers with different personalities and culture/beliefs How to use a computer and work under pressure(time-keeping) The management was very professional and understanding Having to deal with difficult or impossible customers Answering the phone to find a very friendly client. A great chance to work with amazing people on the ground, with highly developed and mature practices. Ask lots of questions and you'll learn more than you'll even realise.

Opportunity for experience
This role has given me the opportunity to grow, mentally, emotionally as well as improve my interpersonal skills and work ethics. In my time of serving in this role I was at a junior level of management and was faced with a multitude of work related challenges which has groomed me into a strong, strategic, driven and dedicated individual.

Good learning curve
Always enjoy having to fix and being challenged by the latest technologies. Meeting new customers and different personalities. I have learnt to put customers first. Make sure to complete tasks on time and not to procrastinate.
