I am a hardworking individual who can handle pressure to archive given tasks. I’m always willing to learn new things so I can be able to assist in every aspect of the business. I like to interact with different people and always keep professionalism . I strongly believe that with the current experience I’ve got, given a chance will help me to make the most in my performance .

I would like to join your organisation get promoted one day.
I am a fast learner,i have a team work with my co workers, always at work. Some days are chalenging but the most important part is to come up with a solution for customers.working long hours is not a problem. i really like to see my customer smiling after having problems. I would like to see myself promoted one day.
Pros: It is good to work here but i need another job due to company changes
Cons: There is no growth for me i've been trying to open doors but all in vain

IT AN ENJOYABLE ENVIRONMEMT.
IT IS A NICE WORKING PLACE BUT SHORT WORKING HOURS THAT MEANS LESS INCOME. MANAGEMENT IS VERY MUCH FRIENDLY AND STUFF IS INCREDIBLE AWSOME. ITS AGREAT EXPOSURE TO DIFFERNT PEOPLE. THANK YOU.

The ability to provide customer service
Its all about the pace, customer service and sales.You to keep up with pressure sometimes stock that customers need we dont keep and you have few days to get the stock and there are also couries thath they their time.The key never over promise the customer.Dedication is an element of success at my work and yet allow to breath.

Steady
The typical day would be working with customers , attending to their queries and also managing the switchboard. Good environment also requires one to have people skill as there Is a high rate of dealing with different people with different personality including coworkers and managers.

Improved in better way of learning
I have learned so much in small space of time such as programs like doing Vodacom contract dealing with HI finance and doing admin work for supervisors and reports for the store,also improved on my technique of telephone manner and voice control
Pros: Improved on my computer literacy skill and on spreadsheets and finances
Cons: Very long working on weekends and holidays

IT technical advice and assistance to customers Daily stock take Team player Wonderful environment to learn about the latest technology Dealing with customers daily can be a challenge especially customers with bad attitudes Patience is a must have but overall it is a wonderful experience

Good company to work for. Long hours but nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. It a good company to work for learnt a lot and had great support from everyone management and colleagues.
