Hard working and dedicated

My day starts at 05h00 in the morning. I get to work, get my advertising up to date. Answer all my e-mails Get all paperwork ready for the day. Sales meeting at 07h30.Then do one on one with my sales people to see where I can help with there client to close a deal. I run two departments. I then get involve in prospecting with any new clients. I get on very well with all my co-workers They are all different race groups. This is a very competitive market which I am in, so service sells . I love seeing a happy clients then I now we have done our job well. You do not always have clients that is happy but it is they way you deal with them that is beneficial for your company and the client at the end off the day.

A dynamic working environment that teaches and challenges.

Each day we review which tasks require execution and allocate time accordingly in order to meet the needs of the business unit. The submission of tenders requires one to deviate from a planned day, that, and agreements which come in from the business units at the eleventh hour, the latter is the main challenge as the urgency may not allow for the full consideration of the risks which may leave the company exposed, advising business of that means handling personalities who are not necessarily receptive to the possible effect on the profit margin. The enjoyment is in that Imperial is a dynamic, innovative company constantly looking to evolve and provide a better service which therefore requires you to rise to the occasion. I have learnt to pause when on uncharted waters, the more I know the better I am at assisting the business to achieve their goals and minimize their risk.

Growth opportunities for willing employes

A typical work day Start at 07H30 in the morning that sometimes go on untill 20H00 at the office. Phone calls after hours and weekends are the norm. Not one day is the same as a previous and always new challenges and opportunities around the corner. Your relationship with co-workers Excellent - they become friends more than colleagues. What you have learnt Everything from people/client management to financial management and just the correct way of doing business. What you enjoy most Everyday challenges and colleagWork ues. The most challenging aspects of the job Deadlines, high accuracy of work, time away from family.

Pros: Growth opportunities are plenty.
Cons: Work/family life balance can get badly influenced if not managed correctly.

Tracing wiring circuit and diagnostic

I am Sandile Buthelezi I'm looking for the job for auto electrician. I Qualified as auto electrician with section 26D on track's. During my training i learn to diagnose, fault finding, repair alternator and starter, wiring circuit and battery maintenance. I am hard worker and fast learner.

My passion and drive are my skills

Enjoy what I do in training all our staff members daily in various outlets. I have a good understanding of the business and know all policy and procedures of the company. I have a very good relationship with all my co= workers as well as our clients we represent in the industry. Over the past 13 years a have learnt a lot about the FMCG industry and how to approach managers at store level. I am a go getter never talk no for an answer. I will motivate our staff to always be the best. I will always be willing to share my knowledge with others as in this industry one learns new things daily. I have trained more than 1600 staff members and this includes managers.

-I work with more people in my company and with different culture , what I like most is that when I am doing my duties I learn new things every day , we work like a family in my department -Partake in monthly wall to wall stock counts • Regular system cycle counts • Reconcile stock where required • Follow up on loss on transit queries • Run a stock level list for the area allocated and ensure inventory balances • Investigation of stock variances as requested by Depot Management • Responsible for system maintenance • Checking and correcting SKU locations • Investigate stock losses and adjust where applicable • Ensure that expiry dates are accurately recorded and updated • Carry out relocation of stock as requested • Ensure quality control of inventory • Ensure accuracy of bin location and where physical stock is located • Bin location management • Assist and resolve all - - - - - - - - - -

New chalnge every day

Day start at 06H30 meet co-workers and plan the day. 07H00 meet client receive vehicles and capture client request. 08H00 make sure all job have been distributed between technicians. 09h00 Attend manager meeting discus daily, weekly dealership targets and planning. 10H00 have meeting with workshop staff. Spot check stock levels in storeroom. I have learned over the years that if something needs to be done do it now and by good planning work run smooth. I have brilliant relation with my co-workers they are the company number one asset. I love achieving the target set for the team. The most challenging aspects of the job are unreasonable clients.

Pros: have a fix income, work with skilled co-workers, have all tools needed for the job.
Cons: very long hours 14+ per day, no opportunitie for promotion

Positive mindset

I have a strong passion for transport with 8 years active experience as a National Fleet Manager/Controller. I love to work with people and id very important to build a good team work structure. My achievements in the last 5 years at Imperial Logistics would be the saving of R 370 000 per month on the fuel bill and to save on R 280 000 on insurance premiums, we also introduced a app were reps could submit claims via the cell phone and cutting down on down time and paperwork. I believe in a positive attitude will create a pleasant environment for staff to look forward to come to work.

Great environment

Good company, teaches a person how to handle pressure and work in an effective manner that produces maximum result. Learn also how to multitask but unfortunately there is no room for growth. And the salary is very little.
