long day, difficult customers, poorly trained staff, poorly equipped workshop. making daily target best part of the day. training app is nice. solving problems are good. I have a good relationship with co-workers and clients.

New chalnge every day
Day start at 06H30 meet co-workers and plan the day. 07H00 meet client receive vehicles and capture client request. 08H00 make sure all job have been distributed between technicians. 09h00 Attend manager meeting discus daily, weekly dealership targets and planning. 10H00 have meeting with workshop staff. Spot check stock levels in storeroom. I have learned over the years that if something needs to be done do it now and by good planning work run smooth. I have brilliant relation with my co-workers they are the company number one asset. I love achieving the target set for the team. The most challenging aspects of the job are unreasonable clients.
Pros: have a fix income, work with skilled co-workers, have all tools needed for the job.
Cons: very long hours 14+ per day, no opportunitie for promotion

Positive mindset
I have a strong passion for transport with 8 years active experience as a National Fleet Manager/Controller. I love to work with people and id very important to build a good team work structure. My achievements in the last 5 years at Imperial Logistics would be the saving of R 370 000 per month on the fuel bill and to save on R 280 000 on insurance premiums, we also introduced a app were reps could submit claims via the cell phone and cutting down on down time and paperwork. I believe in a positive attitude will create a pleasant environment for staff to look forward to come to work.

Great environment
Good company, teaches a person how to handle pressure and work in an effective manner that produces maximum result. Learn also how to multitask but unfortunately there is no room for growth. And the salary is very little.

All rounder
I am well rounded individual with a very unique blend of skills. Past training and job experience have allowed me to take on and complete projects and assignments of high importance and increased difficulty on time and under budget I think you should hire me because one of the personal attribute that I possess is pay attention to detail in other words I focus on the small tasks that make up a larger task or project. I also have a positive attitude and energy. I am open to new ideas and concept is willingly to work independently or work as a team. Able to adjust and adapt to continuous changing environment

Character maketh the man
|I'm a firm yet congenial individual with lots of passion and drive. I spend a lot of time planning and organising and use the disciplinary code and non conformance tools to manage the different characters in the organisation. my work day starts an hour earlier and ends when the tasks are complete. I operate for majority of the day at the macro level because I believe that people like to be given their space provided the attitude is in line with the managers vision.
Pros: The company busy all year round - continuity and stability
Cons: Calibre of workforce is at the very low end

Iam hard working person passionate and go an extra mile when given ang opprtunity in work relate situation team work and team building in working enviroment is what i will stive for and try to promote in the company

Excellent working environment
Working with such big company is a great achievement cause it gives one an opportunity to meet theirr level of potential and prove themselves. The works are so generous and understanding when working together and putting the company first, I have learned that working hard and putting the company first is the most important thing as it will give out good results to other workers.
