Career potentials and growth
I have been in the HR field for the past 16 years, of which the past 10 years were in management. I have vast interest in people, discipline, principled and career driven. I am very good in areas such as IR - Excellent in CCMA or Bargaining councils, bringing up the staff morale. Management of skills and talents, is my passion. Servicing of my clients (Employees and Management) is what I pride myself in as I give quality and best customer service. My leadership skills are excellent as well. I lead by example and that is where I see my success. Best team, motivated and hard working team is what I bring out. I have a very strong personality and very soft at heart.

Good company but there was no growth within the company
Working for Imperial Logistics as a merchandiser is physically draining a dit is a very demanding job. You are 24/7 on your feet pleasing your sales reps doing everything you suppose to just to hear that u must

Tracing wiring circuit and diagnostic
I am Sandile Buthelezi I'm looking for the job for auto electrician. I Qualified as auto electrician with section 26D on track's. During my training i learn to diagnose, fault finding, repair alternator and starter, wiring circuit and battery maintenance. I am hard worker and fast learner.

Excellent learning curve
At work just after 6. Home after 6pm . Assisting accountant a lot. Load warranty claims daily. Phone and email debtors for payments. Checking and correcting job card detail. Queries daily. Filling. Submitting invoices for payment. To debtors. Switchboard relieve.

Immense experience in senior management in the Marketing division

Positive mindset
I have a strong passion for transport with 8 years active experience as a National Fleet Manager/Controller. I love to work with people and id very important to build a good team work structure. My achievements in the last 5 years at Imperial Logistics would be the saving of R 370 000 per month on the fuel bill and to save on R 280 000 on insurance premiums, we also introduced a app were reps could submit claims via the cell phone and cutting down on down time and paperwork. I believe in a positive attitude will create a pleasant environment for staff to look forward to come to work.

Very good at what I doalways put pressure to myself.hard working lady
Good relationship with my colleagues A hard working employee with respect Learned a lot in finance and how to keep my team warm and motivated all the time. I enjoy my position and work very as I have been doing it for 10yrs now. Difficulties are working with difficult team members that I have now groomed and they understand the importance of deadlines

Great environment
Good company, teaches a person how to handle pressure and work in an effective manner that produces maximum result. Learn also how to multitask but unfortunately there is no room for growth. And the salary is very little.
