I love challenges and looking for an opportunity where I can fully initialize my skills. My typical day involves being a scrum master, overseeing development models poc, driving business strategies and ensuring that the team delivers on multiple projects against the roadmap.

Great working environment
Hogrei enjoy most the customers and we work well with my team and there is opportunity to grow within the company and the most challenging is to chase target every monthat usping

Great learning curve
A typical work day a word that would describe it is unpredictable. We work in fast paced, high energy environment. We focus on sales targets and deal with customer query every hour on the hour

I am an a sales target driven personb who goes an extramile to make sure job is done.
I work in a call centre environment that's very loud as it's outbound, it's vibey .we work under supervision as a team of 11. its a multi skilled role we work on daily targets . I do my target and also have to meet team target. I learnt that customers do not really buy your product but buy you the seller so treat each call as it was your last. its challenging because not everyday is the same not all customers are the same.

Growth
I love growing as an individual and doing what I am employed for, I love challenges and working hard. I like to be challenged by an employer and learning more things from other departments as well for a better tomorrow.working with different people and serving different customers is my inspiration. Having something new to do everyday with a lot of help.

Busy environment, need to be proactive, target driven, no growth. Working in a call centre can be very difficult, stressful and a total nightmare I'm speaking of experience. However once you have an employer that rewards and recognize your potential and growth or even your worth to the company it should not be that bad to work and call centre. When having to work such long hours away from your family it becomes too much to deal with. I've been an agent for almost 4 years and I've been declined for other positions so growth and stability will never happen for me at this company. What i do enjoy most is helping my customers and colleagues I also enjoy when a customer is happy that Makes my day. I get along very well with co workers.

I like new challenges or new learning curves
Over my years i have learnt to deal with all types of clients , i have come to know clients for example i would know when a client is a feeler or i know when to ask open ended or closed questions i only want to work for a reputable company and make it to the top

Great engaging skills and background of customer satisfaction
We have very flexible working hours and the company is greatly diversed, our work style is relaxed but most of all the environment is rather very peaceful and great to work under, the management is fairly understanding and they offer flexible working ethics that everyone is comfortable with. I have learnt that customer service is based on how you approach situations with different people and you always need to picture yourself as the customer in-order to solve issues and problems to their best satisfaction.
