Excellent customer services agent
We have some days whereby we will compete in an hourly performance per person or per team,where we will win whatever at stakes,when converting queries to sales I always have a strong relationship with my colleagues management wherever I have worked.. I learnt to understand that poor communication,information and training are the key to any business Everything man,but I can't think of any specific thing I enjoyed The most challenging part of this industry its when you have to keep a difficult customer to the business,where the manager is not around so your supervisor as wells

Excellent learning experience
I love working with people that is why most of the day I am busy not only focusing on my job but also assisting other departments like collections and returns, doing stock counts I am one person who loves knowing everything if I don't have any work I shadow my manager and not only be limited to my job description. At work it gets very from Fridays customers collect their parcels or return, billing enquiries or make payments so the pressure became too much yet at the same time we need to make sales or activation outside

Great culture
Great people to work with. Staff colleagues and culture is great. Pity all systems are old and outdated. I worked with better systems at start up companies ten years ago. They want to make money but don't want to invest in quality. One is expected to perform the duties of manager product owner, write process and business rules, create policies and manage staff day to day but still maintain service levels bar the fact that the business partners are incompetent.
Pros: The people are awesome
Cons: Old outdated tech. Constant struggles. No support U must do everything yourself

Enthusiastic and energetic
The company I've worked for it was basically on selling the products they have. As an customer service my part was based on taking care of the customer how wanted to buy the product, I had to answer their calls for their orders of what they wanted to buy. Everyone had to be a team player since we had to work as a team and it was an exciting environment, because we all understood each other although we were different race and we had different cultures. I've learnt to be enthusiastic more driven and be committed on what I do. I enjoyed the competition with the other teams and taling care of the customers. Always stay in a fast lane and be always humble towards the customers no matter what.

Excellent learning curve, gather experience and be exposed to a growing company
I enjoyed working with the colleagues and the team. The management was not very professional and helpful at times. What was most challenging was not knowing what your job specification is, what is really expected of you and the targets being constantly raised thus compromising the quality. Customer service is my passion, in and out of work hence I did not really enjoy working for a company with customers but not servicing them properly.
Pros: Great as a stepping stone to greater opportunities
Cons: Customer service and staff morale too low.

Good working environment
Good working relationship with co workers Disadvantage is the opening and closing time of of the shop in terms of where it is situated and safety of the employees The marketing strategy they use to promote showrooms is not upto standard They don’t provide training interms of products they sell

Fast leaner
I'm working well with my colleagues, the work is fine ,I learned a lot about call centre since its my first time working in a call centre and I want to continue work at call centre..I enjoy helping customers and advice them and I also learned different characters and how to work in a team...if you reach your target then you good

Hard working person
Doing customer service to customers and capturing information, I'm having a good relationship with my employees as long you meet the target service level. I've learn the most how to treat customers with respect.

Learning curve in my career
Working under so much pressure has thought me what I'm capable of doing. Management lack of listening to concerns of staff is one reason most people are leaving.

Excellent curve
I have learnt so much and I have grown, gained so much experience, the working inviroment , you get to learn at lot how the business operate. And the company is growing fast , the company it self has been doing well for the past few years now listed under JSE . We are all dedicated employees .
