Excellent communication skills

I am a ho getter and like to explore within my career. I started living my dream as a post matric just to make sure this field will keep me excited as I love working with people and are very much of a chatterbox. I started as an intern at the Department of Economic Development and Tourism(2013-2014) Where I did consumer education and marketing in the Office of the Consumer Protector. Thereafter I went to College of Cape Townwhere I studied Business Management and Accounting (2014). During my internship and college years I did my own small business at home which is still going strong. In 2015 I started as a telemarketing agent at Homechoice where I did sales,work with daily,Weekly and monthly targets selling the Homechoice brand.

Good company to work for.

I always have a daily targets the relationship I have with my co-workers is good I learn that we all have our differences and different gifts I enjoy working with my current company because after all you get remuneration for all the good work u’ve done and the effort that u brought in reaching all my daily duties, the most challenging aspects is converting every customer two enters the shop to a sale.

Excellent customer services agent

We have some days whereby we will compete in an hourly performance per person or per team,where we will win whatever at stakes,when converting queries to sales I always have a strong relationship with my colleagues management wherever I have worked.. I learnt to understand that poor communication,information and training are the key to any business Everything man,but I can't think of any specific thing I enjoyed The most challenging part of this industry its when you have to keep a difficult customer to the business,where the manager is not around so your supervisor as wells

Room for growth

Lilltle support from management. Too much bee staff.. No yearly bonuses from management. lhigh staff turnover. Low salary. No support from senior management level. Similar queries all the time which can be avoided if proper information isshould be applicable.

Pros: Great opportunity for griwth
Cons: No transport for late shift

Fast leaner

I'm working well with my colleagues, the work is fine ,I learned a lot about call centre since its my first time working in a call centre and I want to continue work at call centre..I enjoy helping customers and advice them and I also learned different characters and how to work in a team...if you reach your target then you good

Good working environment

Good working relationship with co workers Disadvantage is the opening and closing time of of the shop in terms of where it is situated and safety of the employees The marketing strategy they use to promote showrooms is not upto standard They don’t provide training interms of products they sell

Excellent learning experience, friendly staff,

People are friendly but growth is not there because they don’t employ internal posts for people, hours are flexible but no transport for people that work after 6 pm

Socialising,team work.

Receiving calls from customiers acollecting thechrrent due amount .i enjoy working with people it help us to have more ideas on how to handle the customer i have learnt to be patient to focus.the most challenging aspects is ehen we being asked the reason to call all to find out that some customers are up to date.

Good learning curve

very busy schedule, typical for any call centre high pressure good relationship with supervisors and long working hours not so godod performance appraisals sometimes communication breakdown between management and us subordinates
