A Typical Day
A typical workday includes checking my mail, schedule, tasks and goals for the day and trying to stick to the time allocated to each task. The digital marketing space is fast-paced and each day presents a new set of challenges. It's hard to pin down a typical day but this is what I do for some of my clients: Community management Creating social media content Research Competitor Analysis Understanding social media analytics Social media strategy Reporting (or collecting data for month-end reports) Managing influencer campaigns Adhoc tasks Admin Some clients will call me with random requests or questions
Pros: Building rapport and implementing data into the marketing strategy.
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent networking opportunities
Interacting daily with participants of different personalities and these have taught me to be flexible and be accommodative.I enjoyed visiting different branches within the company to offer trainings and suggest some for people of different levels and I have learned to speak my mind and deal with situation immediately.
Pros: Great working environment
Cons: Compromising lunch and tea breaks to meet deadlines

From junior to Senior position in 2 years
my name is Mpepe Frank Rantlhwatlhwa, i have been an Electronics technician for more than 10 years and in all the companies i have worked for i have worked myself from being a junior to senior positions. i am reliable and very passionate about what i do. Also that im willing to learn more everyday and that makes it easy for a good relationship with co workers.

I am a skilled tradesman
Over the last 25 years iv worked in the security installations industry and signage industry. I also worked in steel manufacturing. The most predominant being signage. I am skilled in welding, some carpentry, fabrication ( perspex), application, electrical, installation and rigging. I am PC literate and have a drivers licence. I have worked the last several years as a free lancer but now seek a full time position.
Pros: The pros of working as a freelancer has allowed me work with different companies doing a variety of different kinds of work. All dependant on what each company required at that particular time. This gàve me opportunity to also learn different skills or ways of improving on what I already know.
Cons: Freelancing does not offer the security of a fixed income and is no longer viable for me in the long term.

Fair learning curve
test gather user requirements liase with external developers on day plan report progress attend meetings I have learnt the predominant culture of the company owner Communicating technical issues across the language barrier as the management is not fluent in English
Pros: some form of decision making
Cons: long hours, poor working conditions
