It's Space not short of it's innovative minds,
We are different but we believe in the same things, and whilst we may sometimes differ about how to achieve things, we are aware of each of our differences – which goes a long way in times of conflict. We are passionate about innovation and creating new / better ways of doing things. We believe that whilst systems are good in their initial stages, in later years they can become the limitations that prevent people from (further) innovating, what was once new can be old and the idea of reinventing and making things better is a constant thing. We are passionate about quality service people but we are obsessed with designing amazing things that work and efficiently too. We generally are masters of our own crafts and as such can work in silos, at the same time we manage to bring it all together to be a single unit, a team. We leverage off of each other’s experiences, learning from each other through conversation and observation.

I believe that there is nothing a willing mind can not do.
Film and TV is not as easy people think it is, and it is also hard getting into the Industry. So I believe if you get a chance, don't mess it up, give it your all and make your mark and leave people with something they will remember you with.
Pros: My goal is to see myself as a director and winning awards.
Cons: It's tiring, sometimes you work more than 10 hours and as time goes you will get to working Long hours.

Learnt so much
As I was a learner we were doing spring cleaning in surbubs.and flat.some people hired us to clean their homes offices and even butchers. We were vacuuming .and most of all am good in cleaning materials e.g soaps gel .now am doing hairdressing every type of hairstyle relaxing cutting of hair.i have work with many different types of people am communities easily with people.i have an experienced in sales industry as I had worked at edgars active. As cashier ,stock control account opening.reason for me to leave was studying toward my nursing certificate.

Excellent learning curve with lots of opportunities knocking.
Very busy from the word get go. I had a very strong bond with all of my co-workers and I still keep in touch with them from time to time. The most important thing that I have learnt I have to confess is to navigate roads like the palms of my hand, even the short-cuts as well as spotting out all of the speed traps and their "special" times that they keep. People is the most that I enjoy! The challenge of convincing them that life is really worthy of living, and that God, absolutely without a doubt, truly exists. Recognition for hard work and fairness where those are due...but what I enjoy the most I have to admit is the reward at the end of the day: knowing that I've put my best in. Satisfaction when you realize you've made another day happen and caused the turn-over to grow a bit more as you progressed day by day in reaching your goals. Seeing your hard work pay off at the end of the day, week, month and finally, when reaching the end of yet another hard earned year. That's just great!
Pros: Met wonderful people, learnt a lot and picked up dozens of skills along the way. Had a company car to commute between work and home, saved there on fuel /transport expense quite a lot. Birthday's we got treated specially and we always had the benefit of having cash on hand at any given time. We got paid weekly.
Cons: Long driving distances with very heavy loads to pack and unpack all on your own. The owner had a different mood everyday and treated us unequally. A lot of racism within the office, that 'whites only' mentality that I despised with all of my being. Unfair working ethics and labour practicing was not good.

- Deadlines are key : always keeping your eye on the balls - hard-work is an absolute given -creatively is ongoing -daily learning is essential - coffee is your best friend - communication is vital - customer relationships are an important factor to a successful project -teamwork is an absolute must

Web Developer: PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJs, React, Bootstrap Web Designer: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, SEO Specialist: Google Ad words, Google Analytics, AB Testing SEO Power Suite I have worked in the IT industry for approx. 18yrs, as a Web Developer/Web Designer, BI Administrator and Systems Administrator. Most of my experience centers on the Microsoft and Open Source environments. As a Web designer / Web Developer / SEO Specialist (4yrs experience) I have created approximately 40 Responsive / Mobile and Social media ready PHP(WordPress CMS) and HTML5 web sites which are currently conforming to the latest White hat SEO standards. All sites were associated with a Google AdWords, Google analytics accounts. I also completed projects using Full-Stack JavaScript Mongo DB, Node and React.
