Fair learning curve
test gather user requirements liase with external developers on day plan report progress attend meetings I have learnt the predominant culture of the company owner Communicating technical issues across the language barrier as the management is not fluent in English

The the relationship with workers is okay and you also learn from your workers. . The job is challenging and also fulfilling. The most enjoyable moments are when projects are completed and everyone is excited. I learn to work well in a team and also alone.
