Hard worker and willing to learn more
I work multitask job at my position because I'm working at access control at but at the order side I'm inducting people who is entering the site for the first time,answering calls from clients and take them through the reception.I learn to control my temper as there are lot of people coming on the site with different attitude.I enjoy my job because I worked hard to learn more about the site so my job is very easy.

Great at the start but now the doors are closing
I learnt alot at Fidelity Security Services. In the beginning it was great working there but as of recent their contracts are closing and people are being retrenched. The management was great but now it is hardly up to scratch. A typical work day was normally busy. Co-workers were great but we all share the same feeling about the company now. I have learnt alot of managing tips and tricks of the trade to keep going and to make myself work harder. I enjoyed the camaraderie we shared among fellow co workers. The most challenging this about the security industry is keeping up with technology and with the demands of clients in the current infrastructure we face today.
Pros: Big company with alot of potential
Cons: Long hours, no overtime, terrible management.

Excellent
I deal with security guards everyday, its nice working at Fidelity because I'm gaining experience on recruiting, 1stly when employing a security guard, the have to go through 4 stages, 1. DAT Test. 2.Voice stress, 3. Criminal check 4. Interview..... If they pass all that, they have to sign contract it means they are hired. The most enjoyable moment is when they passed and signing contracts, smiles in their faces and all that.

Excellent Learning Curve
very Friendly person. always mingle with the other employees no matter what the circumstances are. always willing to assist or walk that extra mile. looking for new challenges not afraid to take risks but will always get a managers input. my current job learned me everything that i know today.

Good learning curve
it is okay there is not much i can say. i could be in a better situation but its fine place to work. it has been the worst job ever but it hasn't total been the best experience. the work environment is okay the management part has not left anyone i work with the most positive out look into there job and how there treated. the clients we have been provided for and work is good too us.

I was employeed at Fidelity as a receptionist for 2 months was then promoted as a Transport Administrator. I've learned alot in the company from all the diffrent divisions that I've helped out in and get along great with my fellow employees. The most challenging aspect of my job is definitely Month end but the job always gets done on time.
Pros: Great enviroment to work in.
Cons: Can get stressful

Positive Energy
Always a new challenge especially working with people from all walks of life. With a great management team who have business knowledge to solve most challenges. I believe in allowing staff to take opportunities and if the decision was correct I will stand by them. "If you don't stretch your wings you will never fly" I have been in this type of industry for a very long time and love it, working with people. This keeps me YOUNG.

Good work environment
Good work environment. Sasol Secunda site is warm and very safety orientated. The safety culture is on another level. Nothing like I have experienced in previous sites.Love working with my colleagues they give me good energy. My manager is very professional and treats employees with respect. My typical day starts with an operations meeting. Then I do site visits and inspections. Interact with security officers at the various posts and listen out on ways to improve the health and Safety in their workplace. Compile report on noted deviations on site. Discuss deviations and corrective actions with my manager, follow up on corrective actions to ensure sustainability. I have learnt how to work with a vast amount of people, with different cultural backgrounds. I enjoy interacting with people, solving their problems and seeing positive results. Challenges come during audit times, long hours at work but give it my all to ensure safety compliance and we passing audits.
Pros: Great work environment.

Good communication, willing to learn
I have learn many things in this industry with different people, communication is a very key in this industry all in the site must communicate using different type of communication. As a reaction officer you learn to communicate while you drive as fast as you can to respond alarms and panic. You meet different people that they can talk to u in different manner and approach but I have to handle them the way will end up understanding the situations. I also learn to be quick in decision making.
Pros: It will obviously be a good opportunity for me to grow as a person
Cons: Long working hours is not a problem to me as it will be easy for me because now Im doing 12 hours
