I was employeed at Fidelity as a receptionist for 2 months was then promoted as a Transport Administrator. I've learned alot in the company from all the diffrent divisions that I've helped out in and get along great with my fellow employees. The most challenging aspect of my job is definitely Month end but the job always gets done on time.
Pros: Great enviroment to work in.
Cons: Can get stressful

Replenishment and reconciliation of the ATM's
I AM GETTING ALONG VERY WELL WITH CO-WORKERS. WE ARE LOADING ATM,s AND RECONCILE THE ATM's ON A DAILY BASIS. I HAVE LEARN'T EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW OF ATM's THE MOST CHALLENGING PART OF MY JOB IS TO INVESTIGATE THE LOSSES ON THE ATM's.

Good environment to get experience
I'm a 33 year old African female who sees herself obtaining a management diploma in the coming 5 years. I'm eager to learn new things and I work well in a group and work well under pressure. I quick learner and can relate easily with my working environment

It was the company I was working with
I work so hard for the company but don't do what they promise us as their employees. That's why I decided to take a break to work for the company. Now unemployed I'm looking for a job. I'm willing to work under pressure and I'm a quick learner.

In my site I have 120 employees
I ensure that posting is covered on sites if not i make arrangements by getting raplacements, authorise a compqany vehicle to go fetch the person who is coming to work. I respond to emails,calls,keep records of postings,attend to client quiries, capture the kilometeres used in a day and file the trip sheets. i have a good working relationship with co workers because i am approachable,relaible and make them my first priority. I have learned to communicate with senior management as i get to sit in security meeting,weekly,monthly and quaterly meetings. i have learned to do presantations and to organise trainings for the staff. I enjoy solving problems that arise on site. The most challenging aspects is when i recieve staff quarries sometimes i process them and at the end of the month they come back the same then i have to quert again.
Pros: Its a well recognised company that believes in upgrading their staff members as they identify workers with potential and send them for coaurse upgrade as i have also been nominated to attend management coaurse at their cost.
Cons: Its a white dominated company where by all managers are of a white race which create doubts about getting any promotions to senior management

Love to try something new
My work is very stressful and I have learnt to work and accommodate the stress - there is also of paperwork and receiving and sending of emails / drafting of reports / doing the surveillance and camera footages / supervising the cleaning staff / assisting with clients and answering directly to management. I have a very friendly relationship with my co-workers but I keep it to a minimum cause work comes first. I have learnt allot working with my desktop and other general activities. I love my job and I want to do my best in everything, I want to reach that ultimate goal. I set a standard and I do my best to achieve that standard then set a new one - and the most challenging aspect of my job is trying to satisfy everyone, but I believe that if you can satisfy one person then set a plan in motion and success is not far off.
