Retailers are very good in training their workers.

I Zimkhitha Maceba learnt a lot from the retail company because they teach you everything that is happening in the shop. So you must be able to do everything. As I like working with money I got the great opportunity at Edgars. The most challenging part is where they are introducing something new but I always overcome everything.

Pros: I believe that by working hard it is easy to get promotions.
Cons: I am also willing to work overtimes because I get paid double.

Having experience in Retail and production this would becan amazing oppertunity.

I have 8 to 10 years experience in Admistration and with my experience working for a fast pace company. I know I would be an essential adition to your company. I am loyal,honest,hardworking and very commited if I take on something. I am a peopled person, would like to hurt any one feelings but dont like to have people overstep there boundaries.

Pros: Its a great oppertunity due to closer to home
Cons: Use to long hours but would be an advantage if theres only one shift

Its good with team working,normal shift an good off and supervisor is good in working with people. And there is a kitchen for tea and lunch time,management is good in time of guidance for customer service

Taught the skill of being confident with dealing with customer needs

I have a pleasant working environment because on a typical day we worked as a teem to assist all customers that would enter the store and if a customer could not be assisted by one, a tag team system would apply that upheld the guidelines of the company even when we had difficult customers

Curstomer service ans merchandising

I enjoy helping customers sometimes you just have to push sales and work under pressure so I have learn a lot . I have learn to control my feelings dealing with angry customers and unsertified customers. Its not easy but the aim is to gain their trust again and not to loose them make sure that when they going out of the store they are happy and certiefied with your savice and problem solving . I also work well with my co workers we help one onother as a team becouse we are pushing the same goals making sales and also protect our companies image.

Great experience about working with customers

Its a good company that has atleast reasonable benefits and also professional. Their priority is their customers and their employees. But the salary its not enough more especially if there's no overtime. We worked as family and we had a good and clean environment. I've learned no matter what or how difficult your situation is, wear smile and stop worrying because worrying can't change the situation but think about you want to change it. As everyone has life hiccups a customer would treat you bad or react somehow like you annoy them and at the end of the day you need smile at him though you are hurt, that's the most challenging
