I injoy the work that I do because I get to learn alote for the last 3 4 years at edgars I have meet alote of diffrent types of people the good the bad an the ugly people that like me dislike me an get to know me 4 who I am an me geting to know there side I'm a good an cearing person who loves to lirsten sometimes a randeem person woud like poor out there problems meaning customers an workers but I think life is what u make of it an if you can help the next person by just lerstining why not it doesn't cost you a arm or a leg it will make them feel good an thy will come back to that store or person who should them some care.I think the most important thing in sales is to get to know the person u selling a item to thanks

Excellent learning curve
Excellent learning curve was on top and I had good relationship with co-workers everything was running smoothly even working days was arranged nicely and fair enough to all of us there are so many things I've learned i wasn't concentrating on cashiers job alone i was doing everything including merchandising,feeling room,customer service and tidying up everything but what i was enjoying the most was help customers in everything lastly the most challenging expects was to convince customers to open accounts but I can say it was not a problem or challenge because everyone or every customer got account most of them they were already have.

Great team work and potential customers
The job was fine but not that great. Staff member and customers were good or maybe I was too good to them. Management was on point but i felt like I am meant for more than being a cashier in a retail store so I resigned to search for my purpose

Excellent learner for new things
My work day is to give people good service, attending all complains coming out. Maintaining of incoming outgoing faxes. I am good teem worker to my fellow workers, good listening skills, honest,flexibility responsibly. I am always ready to learn new things ,attending workshop. I enjoy to see all people smile about my job . i like the challenging work because i am learning how to solve problems.Planning and organizing skills.Ability to work under pressure
Pros: I would like to be manager of this company in the year coming. I like to climb the ladder until reach top of the highest leading worker .

Plan my day according to workload and expectations. I have have build a good working relationship with employees, we work as a team. I learned the ability to work conscientiously for my employers and learning everyday on job. I enjoy new challenges

Personal development and growth
interaction with different kinds of customers getting to meet and work with new people, I've learned to complete tasks on record time and I enjoyed knowing that you can be able to make it easier for customers to get everything they need hassle free,The most challenging yet exciting espects of the job is making sure the customers are always satisfied with the service

Excellent at Customer service
I am flexible worker. Good at supervising and work well independent also with team. I like to take control over my work. Always make sure my work is up to date. Like to learn about other departments work to brodden my knowledge. I'm a friendly person, always get allong with people I work with. Don't get tired to give help where is needed. It gives me a great pleasure when my colegues rely on me. That shows i am doing good at my work. I am a good listener and give advice where i can.

Excellent customer service
I am the only head cashier in the store ,I am working under pressure especially now that is a pick trade but I love and enjoying doing my job.I do help at the customer service at times to do customer queries.I learned a lot about customer service ,you must be professional, greet the customers ,be calm and by saying goodbye warmly. I also enjoying working with the customer service staff because they are all team players.
Pros: I worked from stockroom,cashiers and now I am head cashier but looking for more challenge
Cons: I do not mind working overtime hours
