a typical work day is great with no serious issues, my relationship with my co-workers is very good, hard work does pay, the interaction with my students, feeling under appreciated as i have been on contract for the last 3 years whilst achieving an above average pass rate

A highly motivated and dedicated graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills, I would like to apply for the internship programme in Finance and Accounting. I have completed national diploma in cost and management accounting at Durban university of Technology, and currently completed my studies under a post graduate programme bachelor of technologies in cost management and accounting.

Excellent educating Curve

I have been a tutor in the Department of Interior Design in DUT from 2018 to the present. The Year 2018 I worked with 1st-year students assisting them individually and as a class with Interior Design based practice. This year 2019 I have been working with the 3rd year students as a mentor, assisting them with their practical design assignments. I have found pleasure in growing people with acquired knowledge. As an enthusiastic, outgoing young woman, I enjoyed the creative personalities and loved engaging with creative thinkers (students and my fellow colleagues. The challenge I encountered is that not every student came with full knowledge of what the course requires of them and lacked understanding and application in design.

Pros: Developing my verbal, technical communication skills and interacting with people.
Cons: Low salary

Public Administration

I have acquired a Diploma in Public Administration in the Durban University of Technology in 2015, on 2011 A Diploma in Business Process Outsourcing from the Umsunduzi FET College. Improved a lot on my communication skills and computer skill ,I have always enjoyed working on a diversified environment what I enjoy the most about it is the good morning and good buys on the afternoon and understanding on one culture.

Description of Myself realating to my studies

As s student who is about to finish my diploma i am certain that i am emready for the real world and it challenges. I am foibg my Public Relations and communications and managing is one of the important characteristics of an PR person and i am morea than ready to manage and advice.

Pros: Only can communicate fluantly in two languages

Excellent learning curve

I work approximately 4 hours a day, my mentor lecturer allow me to work flexible we have good communication. i also learned to work in a diversified area, i enjoy learning new things based on Financial Management and the most challenging task about this job is to produce 100% performance by making sure every student understand the topic you introduced in the tutorial searsion.

Excellent learning experience

Easy working environment, option to work from home. Excellent team, small yet compact. Iv learnt it all from Research to project management to student liasing. Project management. My most challenging experience was when we all under went Covid and it was challenging to communicate with students who were working remotely.

Pros: Growth to learn more
Cons: No room for promotion
