Excellent learning curve

I learnt a lot from the department. I learnt a lot about planning and organizing. Helping others achieve their goals. At least the people who worked there had good hearts they would listen to our personal issues and provide very good feedback but otherwise everywhere there might be loopholes. Some people just take things too personal and link work with personal life. Some would not accept others opinions.

Pros: Opportunity to learn
Cons: No proper guidance

Awesome experience of team work which would result in a very low Challenges at work.

My work was an academic based work. I taught Cost Accounting and Economics. The Faculty would allocate total hours for me to work, and it was upto me to allocate, to choose the time to work, as long as the hours will be fully used. We had a very good relationship with my colleagues. That results in the challenges to be very low in the industry. We were helping each other with almost everything we needed from each other relating to work. That taught me a team work and sharing of the information and resources. Doing the revisions is what I like the most. I would get a lot of questions and some are challenging and some makes jokes on asking questions, soo that made the learning and teaching to flow smoothly. I had to come prepared at all times. We sometimes got troubled by getting venues to use. That was at expense of our time.

Pros: Good Team work and Developed good communication
Cons: The insufficiency of venues.

Great exposure to the corporate world.

A typical day would include checking emails for statements and invoices sent by the supplier .I worked very well with my co-workers as we were a team of great individuals who put the supplier first. I have learnt that you need to be tough in the accounts department as suppliers may take advantage of your kindness. What I enjoyed most at work was working with different kinds of people which exposes one to dealing with problems in different ways depending on the person you are dealing with.

Pros: Working with different business units which put me out in the open for my great work ethic.
Cons:
