Being an operator is an everyday learning

Being an operator is a job that is nice, that needs communication, patience and focus. It's a nice job that teaches everyday things like center of gravity, etc

Pros: Working at company that recognizes your work and they judge for that, makes employees to be uplifted and want to do good which makes promotion opportunities
Cons: Hours are not long, it's just 8 hours a day for five days a week

Very supportive to employees still pursuing their studies

And I'm hoping to work on dhl sides as SHQE manager in the long run, dhl is very big, organize companies in terms of payment, equal opportunity towards employees and very supportive to in carriage employees... And also their business goals as organisations is clearly, and allow employees to aware of any changes within the company hl

Iam a fast learner

I am 40 years old father of 3kids ,hard worker I love both my work and my family .I am a very friendly person who can speak all most all of south African languages. I can work under pressure during typical work days I work double shift to deliver satisfaction to our clients .I have learnt to use safe shortcuts road to save time. I have good relationship with my co-workers and my supervisors I can easily use map and gps I enjoy exploring new places and delivering parcels safe and on time.my only challenge is when there is emergency at home and at work.

Pros: looking forward to be supervisor 1 day
Cons: I can work long hours

It is the most challenging but yet enjoyable working place with lot of things to learn daily

the current company is a great work place even though it has a whole lot of repetitive work and has many different pick of high volume of work and less pay but overall it is an awesome place to be working at

I'm a hard working lady I'm that kind of person who i take my colleagues seriously if there's something that i don't understand i ask so they can help me. I have learn a lot of experience through warehouse DC works I enjoy waking up everyday knowing that I'm going to work so i can put something on a table to my family and i do my work properly Pressure at work

I just want to see my self one day adding an effirt to the company that empowers my skills and value my effort and my present. I have all energy to lift the company to the other level and i have a full understanding of how a company operate and needs.time management is tge key in every espect.team work and commitment.

Pros: They love me a lot because of solutions that i have have i don't leave task unattended always acting as if im the only person in the company.helping willing to make my collègues understand and value their work
Cons: I can work day.night shift and overtimes without compalins
