Well, basically all days we start with a smile on our face's, we use to do jokes about each other before the day start and during the day to make the work space more comfortable, we have the culture off helping each other to grow fast, all mornings we have PD which is a space to talk about what happen in the last day and what will happen today and also to talk about our mode and expectations for the day. All Friday we have a social time on in the office, people dress as they want and we have fun working. I enjoy the most, the way that we deal with work and with each other.

Great Experience Gained
I have dedicated global accounts I look after which includes everything from receiving and making a shipping booking up to tracking of containers until delivered at destination. I have local customers as well and assist them with the whole export from doing estimates up to delivery at destination. I run daily productivity reports per controller and department daily and assist with management reporting. I deal with all querries that comes in and my priority is always ensuring customers are well looked after, happy and impressed with the company I work for to ensure ongoing business.

Fast learner

Communication skills is a must
Loading and off loading trucks checking stock working as a team is key....driving LLOP night shift and day shift so sleep is important when working but shift because you need to be aware 24/7 when working in a warehouse day or night

I am a hard worker, i can be able to work under pressure and i am a fast learner
I like a team work at all the times, I like people who take care for their duties, I like people that are participating on the role and I like a respect at all the times. On our company every day before we start with a team talk of which is an open form for everyone to raise what they see or think to be changed or grow them in a business and we also talk about the outstanding volumes that we need to get it done during the course of the day. I have learn that you need to love your job and you need to do it right for the first time and I am now an essential part of every day life. I have enjoy that our team work was making us to get the job done and on time as well and we were supporting each other at all the times. Most challenges was that i have learn from my mistakes not to do the very same mistakes again as i don't appreciate myself as a failure.
Pros: Every where a work i make sure that i work smart but not hard and i comply with the company rules to grew up myself

Challenging environmental
It very challenging environmental which enables you with multiple skills and experience. A very good place of work the most thing that is challenging about my work place we have to deal with large amount of shipping and customer service. You have to be able to interact with different kinds of people as the company runs with employees more than 500. The co-workers each have a certain role he or she has to play in order to keep the job in motion with no complaints from customers and and management itself .
Pros: Great place to improve your skills as it open doors for each individual who's willing to further there experience

Being an operator is an everyday learning
Being an operator is a job that is nice, that needs communication, patience and focus. It's a nice job that teaches everyday things like center of gravity, etc
Pros: Working at company that recognizes your work and they judge for that, makes employees to be uplifted and want to do good which makes promotion opportunities
Cons: Hours are not long, it's just 8 hours a day for five days a week

Good listener and learn fast
I multi task everyday ,and go extra mile I also treat everyone equal at the work place, I have learnt how to solve a problem at work place when it occurs and how to deal with incident of the vehicles . Mostly I enjoyed being part of the DHL SUPPLY CHAIN group and being developed by the largest logistics company . Challenges I have faced its that when 1 of the team member its not available i had to cover that space out in order for job to continue .
Pros: I would love to be given a chance and learn more about the job .
Cons: 9 hours and above will be appreciated

Learned well at the company but no growth
Hard working guy lots of hours put in and learned lots threw the years dhl is a good conpany but dnt allowbthere staff to learn nd grow with in the company

Cons: I worked from 35 to 60 hours a week mostly i would work 60 to 65 hours every week
