SAP System, Computer Literate, Good communication skills and Switchboard
I have gained experience in working for one of Africa’s biggest Gas Company as an National Customer Service Advisor. My Experience and abilities are as follow: Data capturing and processing. I am computer literate and very good in gathering information and developing effective systems, interpreting, analysing, and synthesising information into valuable knowledge and a decision-making tool. I am able to work under pressure and co-operatively in teams, sharing decision-making and negotiating with others. I listen to relevant opinions before reaching decisions and relating the ideas of others to the task. I am able to adapt to various roles in changing circumstances. I am able to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of group effectiveness and of own performance within the group.

I am 40 years divorced
I am an individual that works well in a team and always loves learning and helping out in other departments. Also have sober and none smoking habits. Also very loyal likes finish tasks even if it means coming in early and leaving late also works without supervision.
Pros: There were a very diverse cultural differences and a person like myselfs adapts well and communicates well with my peers and management.
Cons: i hate sharing my duties cause i feel i was hired for a reason.I dont like leaving anything undone and seldome take leave until i am told to do so.

GOOD LEARNING EXPERIENCE
I like working at Afrox because it is educational and i have a good relationship with my co-workers. i have learnt a lot at afrox including the telephone etiquette skills and also email etiquette skills. The things i enjoy at work are the trainings on other skills that will help us to improve in one way or another.
Pros: there are no promotion opportunities

Afrox Learner
At Afrox i can encounter many challenges but none too many that i can overcome.A busy Day here in this company is all i am exposed to due to workload .employees are rather silent as i do not communicate much but i am a friendly soul.you know the saying speak when spoken to....,yes thats me.I have a fair knowledge of the biggest accounting system SAP and learn continuously on a day to day basis..I enjoy everything about work ofcourse not the complaints but i make use of them by learning from previous mistakes,mostly i enjoy speaking over the phone to attend to customer queries and requests as well as compliments for a job well done.having a good understanding with the customers means happy customers and a positive image on/for the business.The most challenging would be customers who do not pay and eventually contact details are not valid any longer so this is also a loss for Afrox and the LINDE GROUP as a GLOBAL BUSINESS.Working is fun.

Gas And Welding Consumables
It is an incredible job i enjoy it. working with different kinds of races as well as people. my typical day is literally the smooths running process of my whole branch. i have learnt a lot of things such as logistical planning. further advanced my skills managing team members. iv learnt a whole lot about the secondary industry and special gases as well as welding consumables. the thing i enjoy the most is making money for my company and rewarding my clients with the best service possible to meet my standards. the most challenging part for me is not being rewarded for my hard work and efforts otherwise im on top of everything.
Pros: very comfortable working environment and fun. very intresting on a daily basis
Cons: No more Growth and not getting rewarded for my hard work

Changing Culture
Typical work day is a rush with meeting a lot of people expectations and keeping good relationships with co-workers. Learning new things in my current position everyday due to the diverse functions being looked after. From managing stock, utilities management, budget, cost reduction initiatives to safety and safety meetings etc. I enjoy seeing people grow in their respective positions and learning new skills to add value to the department/organization. Most challenging aspects of the current job is the major work load against re-tooling/skilling current staff complement to take on extra tasks never done before.

Customer Service Manager
It was one of the best Companies that I have ever worked ,There was so much growth in the company ,you were rewarded for hard work ,I moved through the ranks from being a customer service advisor to Team Leader to Customer Service Manager in a matter of 2 years.
Pros: Hard work gets rewarded ,the company grooms it's staff
Cons: The Company had a bad 2 year revenue loss and had to start retrenching and outsourcing.

Opportunity to grow
I act as a liaison between the top tier of an organization and the rest of the staff. I also translate the goals of the executives into a productive strategy and achievable work goal for different departments or teams. Setting schedules and timelines for meeting goals and executing strategies are part of a business administrator’s general tasks.

Self starter and good work ethic
Very fulfilling and unpredictable as there are a lot of opportunities to grow. Managing the size of my team is always full of new learning experiences and I always coach, guide and motivate the team to perform to their maximum potential. There's a lot of analyzing and planning of sales activities , guiding and motivating the team to perform in order to achieve their sales targets. This also involves the control and evaluation of those activities.
Pros: Great growth potential and the posibility to be promoted
Cons: Restructing as the company continuously downsize that can be a problem at times.

Exellent learning curve
In my current role as the Graduate Engineer, I am responsible for maintenance systems and ensure that artisans carry out all maintenance in accordance with planned or unplanned work schedules. I also take part in conducting root cause analysis, plant optimisation and Life of Plant Plan. I believe that the experience I gained over the years in maintenance, reliability and projects engineering puts me in a good position to fulfil the duties of this role. I am passionate about the safety of the people and the asset equipment as well as taking responsibility of the environment. I have the ability to lead, establishing good working relationships and I communicate well at all levels. I believe I can make a positive contribution into your company as all your company values resonate with my personal values. This great opportunity will enable me to put my Mechanical knowledge and skills into full operation.
