You work long hours ,staff very limited, poor service delivery, no stock available. Company very demanding and has a lot of red tape.At present not a friendly place to work at.

The management, team we lovely and always willing to help in any situation you at.They take their time to show you how to do your job the you supposed too.

Retrenched

I have 26 years experience gained as a Service Technician,Technical Sales Rep and Technical Supervisor position at Conlog,Afrox and as a self employed owner of my own company,Daitronix Automation in the welding and cutting industry. My highest qualification earned is National Higher Diploma Electrical Engineering L/C –T4 and advanced Robotic training in Osaka,Japan. My experience and knowledge include – computer literate in Microsoft Word,Excel,Outlook,Lotus Notes and Sap,Sales of Welding Robotic Systems,Gas and Plasma Cutting Profile machines,CNC Computers,Torch Height Controls,welding and plasma cutting machines,straight line cutters and electronic repairs to PCB’s to component level.Did Installation,Repairs and Training to above equipment.

Excellent exposure

I started working at Afrox straight after matric and I have then advanced and developed to a technical writer. I am now studying towards a Btech in Safety Management, after obtaining my National Diploma in Safety.

Exelent

I'm a Clinical Sales Manager for the Eastern Cape. I am 18 in the sales and marketing field mostly medical hence I'm coming from the medical field as trained sister. I worked in the government and private sector managing the sales team ass well. I'm sales driven. Managerial skills are 100%and I am a very good performer. I'm also a trainer for new staff coming in and I usually see all big potential clients. I love being in this field because I'm a hard worker honest and I go the extra mile.

Learning curve

This company would rather hire someone with no qualifications as a manager but have people sitting with degree. They have bad management skills and often hire family members

I am 40 years divorced

I am an individual that works well in a team and always loves learning and helping out in other departments. Also have sober and none smoking habits. Also very loyal likes finish tasks even if it means coming in early and leaving late also works without supervision.

Pros: There were a very diverse cultural differences and a person like myselfs adapts well and communicates well with my peers and management.
Cons: i hate sharing my duties cause i feel i was hired for a reason.I dont like leaving anything undone and seldome take leave until i am told to do so.

Its a wonderful environment to work on

We have an open plan office looking at about 16 credit controllers and about 5 learners. I love the rush rush thwt month ends and allovation does to to office the walking pace changes even lunch times are shorter. The healthy competition on the collections and the spirit of helphing each to ensure all remittances are allocated

Good environment to work at

I resume my daily work at 08h00 till 16h30, its a good environment to work at. I work with a great team and I have learnt a lot from them i.e. im more confident about what im best at, work well with a team.

Excellent sales

It is good to work around people, I'm a very fast leaner with an open mind. I take advise to those who have knowledge always willingtolearn . I'm studying towards financialacco. I can handle pressure . Financial accounting I would be a great advantage to the company and always patinate about my work
