Great management exposure

Historically an amazing place to work. Under the current MD this has been destroyed and people no longer have value. Glad to be out the place has become toxic. Such a shame as it used to be an amazing co.mpany

Great management exposure and a diverse learning environment

The company was historically tun on sound ethical principals where people were valued as individuals and trusted as employees. Sadly under the recent leadership, since 2015 this has all changed. I would not recommend this company to anyone as the way they are treating there loyal long standing employees, failure seems inevitable. A true disappointed as it used to be a great company.

Excellent Brand and Offer

Afrox, being a company offering products with heavy technical specification has been a rewarding challenging job. This means no two days are the same in particular with the evolution of the Marketing Communication space. The dynamic communication space we find ourselves in, with the constant evolution of digital communication has necessitate that while I have to ensure I keep up with the new developments in the organization I also keep tabs on the new and evolving forma of communication.

Great management exposure and a diverse learning environment

I have been employed by Afrox for the past 19 years. During this time I ran a number of different process and cylinder filling plants. The last being the biggest and most complex site in the Linde group, delivering 6000 cylinders per day. I have also had extensive. Project management experience, notably the site upgrade.project which was a R 200 million upgrade. I am sure the skills aquire in Afrox will be transferable to your company.

Home away from home with character building challenges

Afrox has afforded me many opportunities in the last 5 years. It was my first permanent employment which allowed me a stable envirnoment to persue and complete my studies. Post my degree completion I have used the company's bursary scheme to complete two short courses through Milpark Business School. The management style has somewhat changed though over the years possibly as a respose to the economically challenging times but one thing is for certain, my time here has come and gone. Its time to move on to greater, more challenging and possibly new heights in terms of my career.

Good environment to work at

I resume my daily work at 08h00 till 16h30, its a good environment to work at. I work with a great team and I have learnt a lot from them i.e. im more confident about what im best at, work well with a team.

Good environment to work at

I'm workinf in a goid environment but I believe its high time for a new challenge and change. I have always wanted to work in Pharmacuetical industry, this is my opportunity to shine. I'm willing to learn and open to new challenges
