Excellent learning curve especially in understanding customers
Dealing with customers face to face. My typical work day is to make sure that my customers are happy and appreciated. My relationship with my co workers is more of helping each other,sharing ideas working together to achieve one goal which is to make our customers our number one priority and reaching our target. I have learnt to be patient,I have learnt not to take things personally and most of all to empathise with customer's. I enjoy smiling at my customers as it brightens my day and give joy to my customer's and my company. Most challenging aspects are dealing with an irate customer.
Pros: To learn more and grow within the company if opportunity may arise.
Cons: Long working hours as we once experienced robbery

Excellent learning Curve
I have been a Trainee for two years within a team of 5. I report to a buyer / coach and with the guidance of the product and store planner as well as support from buyers Assistant and product technologist I have learnt a lot with on the job experience. While training in the Ladies Tops Dept. I was able to develop and find my strengths in interpreting trends, product development, Technical knowledge as well as analysis of customer needs through product performance and competitor awareness. The company culture and team moral has definitely been the best part of working within the company and will forever apply the integrity, respect and courage that I around with me. My background in management has equipped me with very strong administrative, problem solving, leadership and negotiation skills.

Leading a team
Working with open minded individuals Great team work and willingness to learn more and help one another I enjoy Interacting with our consumers Working under pressure sometimes it becomes stressful but with great goals it make it easier as retail industry requires such. I also enjoy working with numbers and admin side of the business

Best of the best
I want a new challenge, something new, a bew hobby, something didderent from what im doing at Ackermans, i want to face new challenges, new people, fight new battles, meet new people, i want new ways of making money and reach targets. I want to work with different people so that i learn more about other people culture and beliefs, i love working at sales flooor nt to be the boss but a manager, i dont love warning but i believe in communication.

Great place to self development)
Its a great place to work for but theres isn't much opportunities to grow within the company based on the work structure, as i am a supervisor the next step will be controller which can still take 5years before someone retire. I need a place grow
