A typical work day: I like to Work early in the Morning, and pursue my own development, such as training and doing academic courses in the afternoon. Relationship with co-workers: I am always friendly, professional and ethical in my approach to people. I know when it is appropriate to discourse my feelings on a topic to my co-workers and when not to. In a sense I perceive my self to have social awareness. I tend to care about my co-workers and give them the needed support and guidance if it in my scope to do so. What you have learnt. How to strategically use HR functions. Learning curve
Working at Akermans company is grooming, there many opportunities for even non experienced employees to grow, work their self up non permanent staff get opportunities to be permanent. Veryfriendly environment chance to learn about health and safety learn different types of machinary such as forklift, oppus, rictrucks and trolley Jack's no pressure at all.

One can make a living
Its a good place to work, the environment is friendly, kind, respectful and supportive and motivational. Sometimes we work extra hours, night shifts and it's a good job for hard workers. The staff is flexible to teach and guide about the duties to keep the business moving forward.

Magnificent experience and company culture
There is a recognition, growth and fun whilst doing your job, there's incentives and bonuses. A growing company in share market, good culture and atmosphere.Its a very huge experience for me as I never worked with laybyes and cellphones and as many feets in the store before. My day, I open the store, set up systems, plan the staff and tasks, ensure smooth operation and great customer experience, train the staff and monitor task and follow up on them.Ensure back area is a reflection of sales floor at all times.

It's a great place to be cause we grow from within I have been with the company for eight years know so far am okay.i have attended some courses with the company such as farimashall, administration core programmes,IR caring, leadership management and some few levels from level one to level four about how to operate stores from the low level to management.
