I am used to work shifts, and working under pressure. I have a good relationship with my co workers. I have learned to work inside the warehouse.

Good learning experience
Working very long hours. (12hr shifts) Working public holidays. No growth potential. Always on the phone, even on off days. No bonus / night shift allowance. Overall have learnt a lot in key account manager position.

Excellent learning cave
It's nice and challenging because i deal with human beings who are old and have their own problems everyday but now i need to grow as clerk because thats what i learned in college for 5 years how to be manager and to do everything in the computer or PC. I think i learned other side of the supervision in cleaning department I'm grateful for that and i thank my company as well

About my work experience that I have and how I know to work with people
I'm currently working on ware house ,I'm printing the picking slip for the pickers to pick the right stock to the right bin location. I respect my colleagues more anything, because I've realised that if I have a conflict with my colleague I'm not going to enjoy at work. And sometimes I used to multi task I'm helping the talesales guys to put through orders and I'm faster with typing. Most challenging aspects Is when a picker forget to pick a picking list mis gonna be a big problem And ul find that a client is expecting her/his orders.
Pros: Working to this company is very good and enjoyable and I'm pleased for being working here coz learned alot.
Cons: I'm working 8 hours unless if there's an overtime.

Excellent learning curve
A typical work day for me is very busy at work and I am constantly learning new things.I get to meet new people on a daily basis and that is what makes the job interesting.My relationship with my co-workers are great and I get along very well with them.What I enjoy most about the job is that it is a very friendly work environment and one can easily get along with the people working with you.The most challenging aspects of the job is the fact that the work load can get so much but it is up to you as to how you can manage time and work load all at once.

Good trainer
i was start as general worker than get promoted to being a receiving clerk for the duration of 2 years my duties was to receive the stock from supplier using RF gun counting the stock ensure that it a correct quantity correct price and order than check the expiring date for the product

Im simple guys easy to adapt to any culture,
the most thing i like with my co -worker is that the always open is there is any queries they come to me and ask to check their hours is there is a problem we did queries and also they assist me with other things like meet me half way with doing time sheet.

Ziphi Nkomo was a great learning curve for my career .
Ziphi Nkomo is a very deadline driven company which gives you a structural environment to work in. As a team player, you need to have a good relationship with you co - workers and team building was a big part of building on relationships. I enjoyed the atmosphere with the girls in the office and the self-confidence you build when hearing that it was a job well done.

Learning curve on furthering my stadies
Its a lovely workplace to work on it with my co workers,ive learnt that each and every action has its Own reaction and some can push you over the edge and you might as well loose your job as well,ive enjoyed working the people who shared a common goal

Excellent learning curve
Working long hours with small payment,being ill-treated by our seniors.Not enjoying your job and always have to put on extra hours without being given extra payment.Lack of communication between the staff and the managers
