It is a greate space to develop working skills
We work long hours from 07:00am - 19:00pm with unreasonable payment rate that do not include overtime increased rate after 8hours. We have atlist three thirty minutes breaks. My collegues are friendly and hard working people, verygood at their jobs. So good that the work we recieve is quickly finished as a result most of the time we assisting in the compartments and duities outside of our range agreed upon the terms of contracts. We are always willing to get the job done no matter whose responsibilities it is. A quality that I most gracious to have arquire is team work and the attitude to extending your hands more than you have to. Although the hours are bit challenging but the environment makes them tolerable.

Ziphi nkom is a very good company that can train you to gain warehouse .
Working for ziphi nkomo was a pleasure to myself because I've learned and earned myself an experience in warehousing jobs/works. It teaches people to become responsible and know how ro solve problems, not only at work but also outside working environment.
Pros: opportunity to know more about retail and supply chain.
Cons: too much pressure.

I learned to worki with with males only
I am the best female forklift driver and I am enjoying to work with males only, I learned to be strong. I love challenges e.g offloading complicated trucks.

Gaining eperience
Working at inventory department has taught me a lot. I know how to control stock. My direct supervisor is always willing to impart knowledge. As a Perp Counter I count stock to make sure it balances, physical and systematic. I have great relationship with my colleagues. I enjoy the challenge of investigating lost stock and finding it.I do not like taking the blame when things go wrong because of other peoples mistakes, because the blame always comes back to the inventory team.

Good career improvemrnt
I reacing the coming stork ..making sure that the stock is right and undamage ...which is cherking if in and out ....and i make sure there is a right stock and container

Excellent learning
Shoprite it's a good company they treat people with respect and they understand that they are working with people not animals.... I enjoyed working there but my contract ended... So if they can give me other I would love to work with them again

Challenging
Typical day at work is deadlines as soon as you walk in, I really enjoy working with people and I have good people skills. I work very well under pressure as my current job require dat of me. I have very good communication skills and I work well with those around me. In enjoy the challenges I face everyday as they have made me stronger as a person and as a manager

Excellent learning curve
The environment is challenging but most exciting place to be at the same time. You get to deal with the client directly which makes it easier to do your job as per client expectations. You get to work in different departments so you can know what's happening on the entire company for promotion purposes. Supportive HR who always encourages us to grab opportunities when they come across. Month ends are the most challenging having to make sure that all hours are loaded correctly , termination leave documents are sent to assist payroll administrator.

Promoted from supervisor to site supervisor
Responsible for payroll and making sure that the team adhere to the company procedures. Making sure that the client is always happy. Ensuring discipline and maintaining hose keeping. Make sure that the staff is well dressed at make sure of time keeping.

Cons: Responsible for all the departments. All the supervisors are reporting to me on their various departments. Responsible from receiving to dispatch and controlling inventory department also
