Housekeeping , company policy , bulld and maintain a good relationship with clients ,

Health and safety its very important in the warehouse ,and house keeping, following the company policy and procedures, making a good relationship with clients and making all the staff happy about your service that you are providing them making sure the get paid 100percent

Pros: I have started as picker at pick n pay Dc get promoted to be a supervisor and get promoted again to be site manager move to ziph got promoted to be key account manager
Cons: I was working 6 to 6 which is 12 house a day plus over time for weekend Saturday and Sunday 6 to 6

Excellent Learning Curv3

Working for Ziphi Nkomo is not easy as you work very hard and you still earn less. The good thing about it though is you gain a lot of experience, they teach you how to work even harder and be the best.

Good experience

A lot of opportunity and exposure.everyday is a learning curve.just the hours was too long a day,but I use to work 3 days a week so the pay is too little

I am pay attention to detail

The reason I want another job is because since May our company gives us too many lay offs .but I still like to work at warehouse that why I am applying to warehouse post and distribution center. I will be happy to here from you as soon as possible.

Pros: They don't usually promote they hire some one from outside
Cons: We don't work long hours anymore but we use too before

Experience

I am a well knowledged because of the experience I have from Ziphi nkomo. I know how to do hoouse keeping in a proper way. I am well disciplined and well organised in doing my job in a proper way .I go an extra mile so to reach or to meet company's target or goals.

Pros: Yes
Cons: We worked 11 hours and I was working night shift. But we got two days off every week, plus we where getting money for over time.

Excellent leaning

I have learn a lot im a good packer and picker iwas checking a if de is good printer good sealing and with no eye mark and making sure that I pack only good production and I even learn to operate some machine,and it inspired me every day because I was leaning something new everday.ive lean that packing sachets that does not have printer will put company in a big risk and putting my job at risk

Good learning course

I have learned alot of things in this company and the relationship with co-workers is very good. Theres a very long working hours and the most challenging thing its our salaries.
