It was wonderful working with them and I got excellent customer service experiences through them and the diversity and the culture is a blast and the customers were absolutely wonderful

Eye opener

This was my first job. Really gave me an experience in the corporate field. It opened my eyes and has motivated me to study further. Has given me a proper view on what I really want in life and what kind of sector I would want to work in.

Good learning curve

Good company with energetic staff who work together.i have learned a lot at Woolworths ,learning how to treat our customers a delivering excellent customer service.i was also doing a leanership in micro finance a received a certificate.this year I am studying financial information systems and the company is assisting me in giving me sometime off and focus on my studies.

highly motivated employees

I ei enjoy the warmth and attitude of staff. All employees are treated equally and fairly. I worked shifts so staff transport was provided. Targets were within reach,

Need growth

Working for Woolworths financial services it's a greet chance I ever had .. being with professional people, people who are willing to help. I also get time to know my customers by being more pro active at work..make sure I'm being supportive to my colleagues as we are team mates and it's always nice to work with them because we really work as a team.

Excellent learning environment

The day is specified with a clear job outline and complemented with a game plan to emphasize targets to be met based on job outline, there is professionalism and good relationship building. I have learned to be expendable, working underpresure with a clear mindset. I have learned to always deliver as part of my outline. I enjoyed serving clients and interacting with staff. The challenges faced were there just in any job but being specific the challenge was maintaining a sustainable, consistent customer complaint free environment and being a challenge it was both an objective to be met as customer retaining is an emphasis of the organization making a difference

Excellent

Some days are better than others but it's mostly productive and energy filled days we have as a team and all surrounding departments with warm and welcoming management. You learn to be able to participate as both an individual and a team player and the most amazing part is the energy driving campaigns hosted monthly. Like any other business there are challenges such as target and constant changes required by the business to adapt and adjust to.

Pros: Opportunities are open to everyone
Cons: Target changes
