Good learning curve

Woolworths Financial Services its a company that looks after its employees and i have lot of experience becouse before i came to work here i was fresh from school and i needed to apply my theory that i've learned from college and that has helped me to apply my knowledge and my skills and i have grown a lot ever since i started working but i need to gain more experience as much as i can to developed more

I gained much knowledge concerning other aspects of my normal working routine.

The culture is great. I worked with some great people. If only team leaders could be more considerate of difficulties the agents are facing on a daily basis. Agents don't have much platform to raise their difficulties they encounter in the workplace.

Pros: Great benefits depending on performance.
Cons: Long hours of work indeed. Not much chance for growth especially if you excel in what you currently do. They will avoid you to grow simply because you are great at what you do since you will be a loss should you move to another department.

Great experience

I work as a quality assessor in sales and customer service environment. I do coaching, Mentoring, performance management of call center agents. I like working with people,sharing ideas to reach a common goal. I can also work independently without any supervision. I enjoy my job because part of my job is to develop agents to become better individuals and achieve their goals. The most challenging part is always to explain to them that as a quality assessor i am not the 'police ' of the company rather to develop them.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: To change behaviour of call center agents

Exellent learning curve

It is a great honor to work at Woolworths Financial Services,I have experienced a lot of staff.As a junior developer I was working close with senior developers and we built a solid relationship.Help is provided to me if I am stuck and I cannot move. I enjoy Agile development as I seat meetings with the whole team,getting to know what other developers think.It's also a great pleasure to work with other IT professionals such as achitecturers,BIs,scrum master,data analysts and so on. I got to learn how team works and getting everyone involved.Getting to know each other well enough to work as a team and individually.Learnt how to quickly finish the project as we are using agile method,doing work chunk by chunk and be visible to the team.

Pros: It is hard to know but I am working to achieve what the company wants at the end of the day.
Cons: If the day's goal is not complete so I have to stay for a few more hours to solve the problem.

Excellent work experience

It was a great experience to with Wfs, the companys culture was great and team work was also amazing, I enjoyed a lot working at Wfs company pays very well but only thing that made me left them was because there was no growth....

Pros: There was great opportunity to apply to different departments
Cons: There was also late shift that was a bit difficult for me since I'm a single parent

Excellent service

Firstly, it is a very good environment to work with, on a daily basis you get to deal with different types or people so you learn how to deal with different characters and how to solve different matters. My relationship with my co-workers is very good, we treat each other like family and that makes it easy for us to work as a team. I really enjoy working here because I love solving problems and helping people to get what they really need.the most challenging thing about my Job is to sell credit to people who doesn’t see the need of having one but if you have a product knowledge makes it easy for you to do your job and if you selling your products to help customers and not for your own good that makes it easy too to do your job and close the deal.

Pros: Great opportunity to get promoted and they even take you to school to further your education

My work at woolworths financial services

It is grate working here but I want to go into something that will teach me more about It and computer technology and computers, this will draw me near to what I want to do, tho making sales pushing for targets isn't nearly Close to pcs but I've used this to build on my own pc, the people I work with are cool and very respectful, I've learnt that sales is a rough game and sometimes when a pandemic hits it can have a toll on a company, I enjoyed the vibe th surrounding place where people will award you for your hard work, the most challenging aspect of the job rn is pushing for business target, our personal target is already something most of us are struggling with during covid and we push really hard every day to make meets end, but once we push for it and reach target we can benfit the fruits of hard work.

Cons: High demand from capabilities

Good communicater

I have acquired a great amount of skills over the years and have knowledge on how to deal with complaints and resolving problems. I'm a team player and work well with or without supervision. I manage well under pressure and used to the fast pace environment.

Customer's queries. Opening credit cards, store cards and personal loans.

Dealing with customer's queries. Opening credit cards, store cards and offering personal loans. Directing customers to relevant departments. Checking particular items in store or at other outlets. My relationship has been positive and respectable & everyone is accountable. I've learnt to be patient,team work, working under pressure and passionate about providing excellent services. Enjoy interacting with different customers. Most challenging aspects are when dealing with rude,difficult and impatient customers.

Pros: Making commission
Cons: Long working hours and lack of promotion.
