I have acquired a great amount of skills over the years and have knowledge on how to deal with complaints and resolving problems. I'm a team player and work well with or without supervision. I manage well under pressure and used to the fast pace environment.

Customer's queries. Opening credit cards, store cards and personal loans.

Dealing with customer's queries. Opening credit cards, store cards and offering personal loans. Directing customers to relevant departments. Checking particular items in store or at other outlets. My relationship has been positive and respectable & everyone is accountable. I've learnt to be patient,team work, working under pressure and passionate about providing excellent services. Enjoy interacting with different customers. Most challenging aspects are when dealing with rude,difficult and impatient customers.

Pros: Making commission
Cons: Long working hours and lack of promotion.

Learning how to deal with angry clients

It is nice to here but I'm willing to gain more experience I'm currently working with a team that likes to communicate and collaborate with others. I've learnt how to work with a team. The most challenging times is when the audit is not balancing we must work under pressure.

Low salaries

Great company to work for with a great management team and values. Word day filled by a lot of fun activities, however the work gets done on time. the relationship with colleagues is a pleasant one, with everyone working together towards a common goal and that is to give our customers the best experience possible.

Good learning curve

Unrealistic targets and every month feeling exhausted and over worked. No growth opportunities. If you are ambitious and you want to grown and expand in your career then it not a good company to be at. The culture is good and people you work with however too management is not doing good my their staff and favoritism is too much.

I am looking to establish myself in a company that has great growth potential. A company that I can help to develop using my skills which I have acquired through my year of schooling. A great experience

It was wonderful working with them and I got excellent customer service experiences through them and the diversity and the culture is a blast and the customers were absolutely wonderful
