Typical day would be

Bbeing customer focusrd at all times...commit to your KPI's. Make sure you meet everything regarding compliance and call quality. Make sure you do as you say to your customer, create a positive workflow that works for you as you need to multitask all the time. Less chatter wither colleagues and keep call volumes down. Assist the customer with their need effectively without prolonging extra of unnecessary time spent on the phone and reward their time with satisfaction to have no need to call bacl with the same request.

Very good

Cover letter I completed matric in 2013 and am currently looking for a position that will challenge me. Excellent in communication and can addapt easily.

A very good place to gain experince. And i have worked with them for 6 years and dont regret it a bit. Would always recommend it to other people. Good salary as well.

Excellent working experince

My review about my current job The company has long working hours, sick days, The incentives needs to be structured properly for every line of business, the pension fund is most important ,lunch hours i feel needs much improvement due to the long working hours and the enviroment.

Pros: yes we do get promotions, incentives when taking calls.
Cons: long working hours, short lunch breaks(30 min), no pension fund

I work very well as a team member and also on my own. I work as a call center agent where i deal with different issue daily and also with different personalities on daily bases..

Matric

Assisting customer with connection issues creating emails logging fault and Escalations Relationship with my Co-workers is Excellent Be patient with customers Resolving a query at a first call and seeing customer being happy Not knowing the new product

Pros: when the customer saying thank, you are the first person to assist after i have called 5 times today
Cons: when a customer want to speak with a T.L ans not giving me a chance to assist.
