Fair pressurizing environment
The environment was pressurizing but it was a good company to work for your daily duties changed every week and you learn new things all the time and that help you to complete your daily duties and functions customers were understanding and you could empathize when you needed to.The work environment was strict when needed to be but also very fun and we knew when to draw the line when it came to that. The only challenge that we faced was management that was was not really good but other than that we had a canteen that gave us breakfast land lunch the people that you worked with was very close to each other we were like a family

Getting to know more about the company and how it operates
Target driven but not stressful every one works well together we are like a family when we on the floor every day is like catching up making jokes and just love doing our work .I learned how to be patient ,how to listen without interrupting, how to listen and identify the problem and to understand what is said . I love speaking to the students and just motivating them and helping them .The challenges is knowing that each call won't be the say and u need to prepare urself on a daily bases how to handle each call.
Pros: I would like to see myself as an team leader or couch

Fantastic working environment
Excellent working hours, but currently very little growth. Very challenging times due to pandemic. It was good to work from home since the lockdown started, hut there is no growth now and I've been with the company for almost 1111eleven years and no growth opportunity.

An excellent learning environment, and provider of the est experience
My typical work day is inclusive of hard work, challenges, problem solving, Trouble shooting, advise. I have learnt in working in a highly pressurised environment and target driven. Adherence is the most important quality to posses in my work environment. I enjoy the unpredictable aspect of my job, you can never tell as to how your day will turn out to be. Yo u have to be prepared for anything everyday is a new challenge. My colleagues are very supportive and very knowledgeable of the job and the product, the most challenging period is the end of the moth during the billing period , when the new billing cycle is evolved. .

I work in a call center were uo to 400 staff work per shift . Appling my knowledge and understanding that I have gained and being able to apply it in any situation to do any task to the best of my ability. Typical day would be
Bbeing customer focusrd at all times...commit to your KPI's. Make sure you meet everything regarding compliance and call quality. Make sure you do as you say to your customer, create a positive workflow that works for you as you need to multitask all the time. Less chatter wither colleagues and keep call volumes down. Assist the customer with their need effectively without prolonging extra of unnecessary time spent on the phone and reward their time with satisfaction to have no need to call bacl with the same request.
