Great stepping stone
The organisation is a great place to work and has a lot of opportunities to learn. The only set back was the travelling which was outside the country as all our projects are from outside South Africa. This increased the rate of travel to 3 weeks per month which was a bit too much. There was not enough support when travelling and employees had some issues whilst travelling and were not assisted in a timely manner or to ensure their comfort. More still the management team had instances were there was a lot of emphasis on just getting the job done at the expense of the well being of the employees, with a huge fear mentality being instilled into staff. There was no room to speak freely and most who did ended up in trouble.

I gained a lot from my job
I have a good relatjonship with my co-workers. Most of my job is about monitoring and evaluation. Challenging aspects are meeting resistance amongst the staff that are resistent to change.I enjoy seeing the correctness and reaping the fruits of my job.

It a place where u feel free to ask if u don't understand where gain more experience company that offers training courses trips to educate people take of the employees by making sure the get they're benefits the most challenging is to ta'll with different people every day dealing with they're difficulties.

Experience gained working with patients
Research is a very challenging job but my work was the best experience you get to know different kind of people. Collect data from them . Capture the data accurately. Get the right stats for you superiors. Cleaning of data after the project.

The company is great for people who are just starting on the corporate environment. The company helps you gain work experience and offers good study aid.

Excellent
a A great company to work at that gave me an opportunity while I was fresh from university. I had great supervisors that were willing to see me grow and learn new things and I had a good relationship with them, good working environment with minimal work to do though, I Learnt a lot about managing a laboratory as well as processing samples, which I also enjoyed so much

Learning curve
Professional development requires improvement. Detailed paperwork for data collection which at times take longer to complete. IQC may use a bit of clinical knowledge to assist them in generating meaningful quiries.
