Excellent learning curve

The staff was great and always willing to help. There is a lot to learn from and there are opportunities to study further Great ambiance. There isn't much room for growth or promotions. The money isn't great. You always have to be on top of your game as the work requires attention to detail and one to be focused

a A great company to work at that gave me an opportunity while I was fresh from university. I had great supervisors that were willing to see me grow and learn new things and I had a good relationship with them, good working environment with minimal work to do though, I Learnt a lot about managing a laboratory as well as processing samples, which I also enjoyed so much

My Job chronicles

We use a system from WHC to raise Purchase Orders for what needs to be purchases after obtaining quotes and once they have been approved via higher authority, I have to prepare payments and send it to our Finance. I have published work and i had collect data and write reports and manuscripts. I love working in a team because it helps an individual to grow even more. The challenging aspects of the job is getting a lot of work when one colleague on leave, but i work more hours to cover that gap.

Pros: There is no great chance for me to get promoted. There is no higher position above me in the line of work i do in my company
Cons: You are able to get alot of work done if you work longer hours
